ther is this 8th grade boy and he keeps lookin at me.. and sometimes he even smiles.. and im new and in 8th grade.. but he hasnt said anything to me.. does he want to talk to me?. should i make the first move or what?.

he is probably shy, you will have to make the first move, just say hi to him and ask him how his day is going or what classes he likes just to get him to open up alittle...

2 things here. 1-talk to him. Ask him to meet you somewhere for a soda or get a bunch of your friends and invite him to go where ever. 2. learn how to talk to people. If you can't take the critique, then don't ask. Telling someone not to say **** when you ask a question, is wrong. You don't have to read those answers. Grow up girlie.

you could go up and just say hi to him. maybe he is shy and doesn't like to start the conversation. there is nothing wrong with a girl starting a conversation with a boy
