There are just a few girls in the group that can be really catty with the others and I really don't have any tolerance for it, but what I have been doing so far hasn't been working.

If you work among them, i figure your job is to be a mediator among the teens. Be patient and persevere. Remember that you have also been troublesome in your teenage period. What have you been trying to do to help them? Girls need attention. Try to get to the depth of their problems. Maybe there is a misunderstanding. Most of the people who cant stand each other turns to be great friends with a little push of a mediator. Mend it. If things get worse, you should show them some authority. Take it easy. You should show you are disgusted by their childish behavior. Suggest things like why they need go by each day at each other neck while they can just get along and work it out. This world has enough problems. Make a difference. They obviously dont see it. Show the girls the pain and turmoil of families in Africa. They dont have anyone while the girls in US can have each other as friends. Importantly, pray about it.

For the most part ignore it.
Remember drama queens live for drama.
Don't give them any and they will lose interest!

Focus more on the ones that are not drama queens just to make sure they do not get pulled into to that self destructive mindset.

most of the time they are just trying to get attention from the way they act so give it to them by talking with their parents , if that doesn't work then expell them from the group for 3 days or something , they really got to learn to respect the other youth and to respect you

Hmm. It's probally just jealousy. Make the girls talk one on one to each girl there. That should work. Just a 30 min conversation. Or less
