You know that you've been lied to when the love you've had for a person has went away. When the promises are being broken and hearts being destroyed in the process. Lying to a person causes people to react in bad ways. If you feel that you are being lied to, look more into it. Talk to the person about it and see if you can rectify the problem! Be safe. Be smart. God Bless...

Usually (unless the person is particularly practised in the art of lying, or is a good actor) they cannot look you in the eye when telling the lie. Something about the facial expression too will give the game away. It depends on how well you know the person, as to how well you can interpret body language.

The evidence stares you in the face, your eyes scream at your brain to open the eyelids but the brain is so far down the path of false trust that it refuses to look out. Even though it knows it should.
When you eventually do look out you will suffer weeks of turmoil, and then information verification for peace of mind. A hard pill, but it must be swallowed.
If you dont look out then the false trust will give you destruction in your life, and then turmoil forever.

It is quite hard to know I always listen and pick up on certain things that are being said and take it all in, I'm not a good liar and thankfully don't lie you don't always have to explain yourself to people, if someone does lie to me then I always watch everything I say and my trust in that person has gone.

When you have evidance to prove that what you were told is false.
Follow the evidance not rumor!
Evidance can not lie. People can!
