my mom buy me a freakin car? Im 17 yrs and ive had my licence for 4 months now, is it so hard for a middle class woman to buy her teenage daughter a cheap *** 5000 $ car? Im not askin 4 anything fancy, is that too much to ask for?

retarded. (Sorry for the political uncorrectness.) He'll come over to my house and the rugs are out on the deck, obviously I'm cleaning the floors and he'll track all over the entry way with his dirty, snowy boots since the rugs are outside. He's done this at least a couple of times and everytime it really irritates me. He also shows up unannounced all the time. If I don't hear him knock on the door he just comes in. What if my husband and I were in a compromising situation? He has never been good communicator. My whole life he has been emotionally unattached. The only way he ever provided for us was financially. I would have rather had his affection. Do I tell him that his manners are seriously lacking or do I just let it go? How would I politely tell him to be polite and more loving?

Suspect my GF of 10 months is/ has been cheating on me with a married friend of hers. My proof is not concrete at all. Instead of getting into the long details of my story, I'm going to list out ways in which I think she isn't cheating on me:

She's 25
Holds a professional job from 7 AM - 3 PM.
Holds a secondary job as a music instructor from about 5 PM - 8 PM.
Lives at home with her parents (can't bring him home to them obviously)
Almost all of her free time (other than sleeping) is spent with me...any time not spent is usually odd hours where cheating would not easily take place (weekday/ weekend afternoon, weekend morning, etc.)
She never flakes out on me, never cancels plans with me
95% of the time she picks up her phone when I call
Always calls me when she says she will
Does the usual GF stuff with me
He (the friend) lives with his wife/ daughter (obviously they can't do anything there).

Does this sound like the actions/ signs of a cheating/ unfaithful person?

im 23 and my mom is always trying to set me up with guys.i have told her on a number of occasions to stop doing this because i know what i like and what i dont like but it seems she gets a kick out of playing match maker! why could she be doing this?what are your thoughts?

I asked a close female friend that we need to lose contact for awhile-so that I can get over my feelings for her.She said “If thats how you feel sweetheart,ok and that maybe you do need time out”.She only wants to be friends.The conversation ended with an argument, with her calling me 2 faced and selfish.(asked her if she ever felt anything for me and for her to be truthful).Why would she call me this? We're close friends.

We've not spoken for a whole month.I have tried calling\txting(last 2 days) and have got no response from her.For christmas I sent a card saying how important the friendship is to me and how special she is.In the txt I wrote how stupid I behaved and I regret it,would do anything to make amends. Why hasn't she responded to the missed calls\txts???Also the xmas card?

Could I have offended\hurt her really that much-how could I if she agreed to no contact?

Does this mean the friendship was never genuine?Will we speak again--or is she clearing her head?

sister married 2 years, she had 15 yr girl he had 17 yr boy. now, 17 & 19, are in lust for each other and hiding it. what can the family do to separate them? its not right. they all live together and the girl has alienated all friends from her and he too, he's not a "good" boy either, drugs/alcohol problems, she was once a great student, college bound, and now, is circling the drain. any advice?

This question may sound weird, but it preoccupies me so... I earn more than my mother does and even so neither of us exactly afford those clothes, but she keeps on doing this, buying for me. It is the second coat she buys in a month, which cost her over half of her salary. What she buys is not exactly my style, nor my size (they are one or two sizes larger). It hurts me just the thought that she spends so much money on me and moreover on things that I do not exactly like and I cannot use. I wish she stopped buying these things for me. It makes me so unhappy.

My parents have a very racist point of view....whites should not mix with blacks. They have said they are going to teach this to my kids, who are mixed with black and white. Every time I try to disagree with them on this issue (I am in love with a black man. I don't see his color, but his heart. he is a wonderful man.) they say that i am disrespecting them and that i am going to Hell for dating outside my race. I don't say it in a disrespecting way...they are the ones who get in my face and slap me when i do something they don't like, so how am i disrespecting them???

i find that most american women are cold hearted and cruel you know whats. they seem to think that men are just thier for them to use at will. whether its buying them gifts, paying thier bills, or se xing them up ONLY when they have the urge. if you dont agree, check back to see how harsh they/you are when responding to this post.

Why do guys tolerate girls? Look at the modern age of male and female. Wherever we go, we have to either ask or let the female know where we are going. "Honey, Can I go out with my friends?, honey, Can I go to the potty?" Women are so controlling. "You can't do this, you can't do that." I brought the buddies over for monday night football, WHACK!! the female says no monday night football. What the Hell is that? I'm out with my buddies, We're all tough guys, playing football on the field. The female comes by WHACK!! "come home!!" drags me home. When we act funny, we are call stupid male. When a female acts funny, they are call humorous. Why is it that a women can hit us around and we can't lay a finger on a women? A women can call us male stupid but we can't call a women stupid. Why are women so clingy? "Hold my hand in public, kiss me in public." Why do they always want attention? Can't get it from us so they go and get it from a stranger on the street. Comments anyone?

i am! i know i have family and friends and a lot of people who love me. but i always felt the need to have a bf, a companion. this is a problem for me because i feel that i sometimes betray the real me just to keep a guy around. i'm working on strengthening myself and building up my self esteem so that i wont need a man to make me feel complete.

I have been suffering with an anxiety disorder over the past month and a bit....I constantly question my love for my current bf.....To fill u in a bit. Everything was GREAT before my anxiety broke out....

So this is what I am asking.....If I was falling out of love with him would I still want to
-Spend new years alone with him
-Buy him little gifts just for being him
-Spend friday/saturday nights with him when I could be out with my single gf's
-Have very passionate sex with him
etc, etc...

I still want to please his and keep him happy because he has been there for me throughout this entire ordeal but how do i know if i am convincing myself to think this way or not???

....Anxiety is a terrible thing...Thanks so much for your input :)

my parents are older and have a hard time navigating the stairs.my sister is concerned about the resale value of the house if we make a bedroom into a laundry room on the main floor. i say worry about the resale value later and concentrate on moms comfort now.

I am with an amazing guy who treats my like a princess. I sometimes get in the habit of getting 'annoyed' or frustrated with little things that he does. I have been in 2 serious relationships (I am 25). One being my past relationship and my current one. My last relationship was based upon jealousy and i think that i mistaked jealousy for love. (I would treat him like a king cause I didnt want him to choose someone else instead of me) My mind told me that since I was jealous of him I "love" him. Fast forward to now...I am not jealous in the least which is leading me to believe that I do not love him?!? I think we could have an extremely happy life together but how do i know if he is the "one" for me. I still find myself thinking about my ex which I hate cause he did me wrong so many times. I just dont know what to do..I want to spend my life with him but I want to know that I love him...How do you know and how do i know if i should marry him or not?

I am with this amazing man who I think I love dearly. We are in a very secure relationship. Financially, emotionally and physically. But at the same time I am scared to fall out of love with him? I still care for him, am very trustworthy and confident in the relationship but find myself picking out stupid annoying habits he has.
