Because we have a conscience..my new years resolution is to stop doing that.

well, as they say, hindsite is always 20/20 meaning you can always look back at what u have done and see clear as day...
It is quite natural to punish yourself or regret something you have done but in time you will realize that: you cannot go back and make a new start, you can however start from now and make a new end.
Life is all about making mistakes, learning from them and moving on, so that when you approach the same situation again you have the experience of the mistake you made to draw from.

because we are disapointed in ourself and we know we could of done better. Maybe made a diffrent choice. But the good news is mistakes are lessons to live and learn by.

cuz you jst think 'bout it too much and its making you feel guilty..try to jst let it go and leave it in the past and enjoy the little positivity that comes out of it.
