team meeting? I mean, he should have let me know about those things first as I didn't know. I guess I didn't ask about those questions either ... He gave me a written warning with the 3 verbal warnings on there but I really didn't know about what I should or shouldn't do until I get the written warning but now it's kind of like too late and I feel like a failure and stuck in a rut that I can't get out. I just feel really defeated... you know... because having a job is important to me .... I don't know what I should do and what do you think has happened?

I think he said one time that he was frustrated about seeing me having a file for over an hour but actually I didn't know that I am not supposed to do that and was just trying to be careful with my files as I thought that's the only thing they are grading you on and I also had many questions on a file, and so it took longer.. But I guess I should have asked about it but it never occurred to me to ask that question, you know...

what does it mean when two guys move there feet close together. because my brother and this guy, at school were at the same table and my brother moved his foot, close to that guy and the guy moved his foot then lateter moved it close to my brother what doe's this mean?

What should I do. They think he is boring and they just dont like him as a person in general. They think we are just friends we just decided to get married, we have been dating for a 1 1/2 years and I never told them we are together. He is not a kid type person, he is not a haha fun type person that I am and they think he is a geek and boring and stuff. They are 14 and 16 years old and I dont know what to do there opinion means so much to me. He is not a bad person he is christian an engineer and he is very smart, no he's not cool and he is older than me by 10 years but he is a good person and it saddens me of what my kids feel and think, what should I do?

b, your partner slept with somone just one time and it was absolutely not emotionally involved

I am engaged to my boyfriend of almost 5 years and since then, every 5 mins he is calling me and never wants anything i mean not that nothing is wrong with that but its starting to get annoying and I did say something to him about it already but it hasnt seemed to stop and just last night he came by my house unexpectantly at 1:30 in the morning trying to come thru my window, and he says that he wonders about me. Should I be the one wondering? He is acting like I am going to cheat on him.

My dog of 18 years passed away. About three days ago, she experienced her first epilepsy. She had two more, we had her on medication. She was in so much pain, crying a lot, had temporary blindnes. She woke up yesterday with a lot of pain, her crying was very loud, and she could barely move. She was suffering too much. She has been through so much that it really broke my heart watching her suffer (6 tumor operations + chemo). My family and I decided to put her to sleep. It would have been very selfish of my part to keep her alive, knowing that she was suffering in pain. I said a little prayer, gave her kisses, and she looked at me in pain, staring at me...that image will remain for the rest of my life. I left the room because I did not want to see her when the doctor put her to sleep. She was a trooper, a family member who was with us for 18 years. 18 years where the majority of the dogs do not live to that age. We really took care of her. But I know that she is in a better place...

My 14 year old daughter reads all the time. She likes sci-fi and stories about werewolves and vampires. She recently brought some books home that are about vampires but she bought them from the romance section I flipped through the pages and found out they are pure smut. Luckily she hadn't read them yet and I am returning them. I don't want her reading anything too dark either. You can't rely on choosing books from the teen section. I have found some pretty raunchy books there also. I don't have time to sit and read everything she has so I was wondering if there is a site that would give me an idea of the content of books.

I am in love with a girl and I need to find a way to tell her that I think her feet are the best thing about her, but don't want to seem wierd.

She's very pretty in every other respect but I believe, to me, her feet are what sets her apart from all other girls.

I recently posted a question about my boyfriend. Short version...his father has cancer and I selfishly ask for more attention. Now I've thought about it and I realize that I've been stupid. But now we're in this big fight and he won't answer my calls. The truth is I don't know how to help him. I don't know how to help him deal with his father's illness. I think sometimes I just make things worse for him. I think about just letting him go...so that he can deal with everything without me getting in the way. But I'm not sure if he wants that too. I don't know if it would really help the situation or just hurt him more. And I really don't know how to talk to him about anything because I don't know what to say. I mean what do you say to a person who knows they are about to lose their father? And if we stay together, how do we keep this realtionship strong when the both of us are so weak right now? How can I help him without being so selfish?
