When i'm on the phone,outside or next too him he's always in my face for no reason example:who I'm talkin too, why am I talking to that person or if someone calls for me he'll ask them why they're calling for me so tell me what you think

im assuming it's an older brother??? if so- yes they're being protective. i mean.. you are his little sister. i think he knows that most guys are *******s so he just wants to protect you.
it can be annoying......... but sometimes u gotta live w/ it.

That's really weird----did your parents put him up to it?
Start saying stupid stuff when you know he's listening---like your brother is going to have to get you another gerbil cause he lost the last one in his butt.
Start doing the same thing to him--bug the crap out of him for awhile.
But that behavior is inappropriate from your brother.
