Give her the consideration, you would to a family member and don't let her harbor the feeling that she is inferior human being.At the same time maintain a safe distance and keep your eyes and ears open. Give her wage timely. Talk about her family and take her into confidence in matter of life and things. Under no circumstances should she be exploited for sex.
