I really wanna go back to my old school.. But they wont let me I am very uncomfterble in my new school. I really hate it!!. Plus I wanna do this to be with my old friends and to be with my old b/f!!

If you are looking for sympathy you have come to the wrong place. Although you don't say so, you were probably having sex or about to have sex with said bf, you were probably ditching school with your old friends and getting high, and you are probably at a strict private school now. Your parents want more for you that to be a crack ho on the block, and they have sacrificed a lot to put you in that school. You need to take advantage of the school you are in now and learn as much as you can so you can get a good job and find a decent man who respects you and will be a good father. When you have children of your own you will appreciate what your parents are doing for you.

You are asking the wrong question. The school you are now in is the right one for you. The question you should be asking is how you can make your new school a better environment for you. It is your old friends and BF that movitated your parents to make this move in the first place so saying you want to be with them will produce absolutely no results...it will only affirm your parents in their decision to make this change for you.
Every new environment is uncomfortable...that is normal. The sooner you can get used to your new school and make friends, the happier you will be! If your old friends are real friends, they will always be there for you regardless of what school you attend.

Your dad payed diverse funds so you might head to that school.. which would be why they do no longer decide directly to go you lower back on your different college yet.. all that funds might visit waste. You made that decision.. I recommend you reside with it. Its perplexing.. yet honestly the college twelve months is 0.5 over anyhow!

tell them that you feel very uncomfortable there and that you really miss your old friends. also, that it just not a really good school for you to stay at.
