I had my first experense last night and it was great!
It's just i have had an erection for 4 hours and every time i see her i think it gets worse what should I do?

If you have had one erection for four hours you might have a problem your doctor should look at. However if you are alternating between erect and flaccid over a four hour period than all is fine even if the erection time eems to exceed the flaccid time. After all you are a hormane ravaged teen in the midst of puberty so being horny and getting erections is as natural as a cat sleeping.
As for your 'first', I trust you used a condom even if your gf is taking the pill. There are numerous types of infections out there to be caught so one always has to minimize the risk as much as possible. And make sure you take a shower before and after sex so as to keep your equipment clean and healthy.
Now if you find you are stayign erect way too much, the best cure (short of a lobotomy to remove all thoughts of her, girls in general and and sex - hehe) is to eiither have more sex or masturbate. Either should work to get you a little more relaxed and satisfied in a sexual sense. Although at your age the more sex might just make it worse so I would recommmend the other.
