I am 19 years old and 4 1'2 months pregnant, I want to know if this situation would make me a snob:

I took the Grey Hound bus and it took me 7 hours to get from one place to another, I was visiting my bf. When I got there my bf decided that he wanted me to meet a few of his friends before we went back to his house. We went to their house and said hi and everything. They were smoking and I don't like smoke especially now that I am pregnant. After about 5 min. of sitting there talking about nothing, I asked my bf if we could go home now. I juat got off a long bus trip, I was really hungry, and tired. I just wanted to relax. Does not wanting to stay there longer to get to know his new friends make me snobby?

He said I didn't want to stay because I am snobby, but I was tired and hungry. No matter what I say he won't believe me. It hurts. I can also can be a very shy person.

Okay me and my boyfriend, that is the problem. He is PERFECT. He is way against drugs, he is a virgin and not here for my body, he likes the same things I do, he loves his family, he don't care what other people think, he opens the door for ladies, he is a pure gentleman, he is adorable, the best personality EVER, he tells me he loves me all the time (and means it), he never worries about money and spoils me wild, and so much more.. The thing is, is he is rich. I never knew it until I went to his houses (his parents are divorced to he switches each week) Not a problem, but now I am too embarrassed to invite him over to my place, and I told him so, but he is urging me to invite him, but I wont. Our place is, disaster. That is the only word that can describe it. I love him, truly, and I don't want to seem mean, but I also don't want him to secretly think of me differently or a little bit less. I know that almost everyone on here has been through a lot and would probably give good advise.

I am a 29 yr old guy. I'm a pretty athletic looking attractive guy, but I've always been shy, especially around women I'm attracted to. So I'm single quite a bit of the time. When I DO meet a woman I like and we start dating I tend to obsess a bit over where the relationship is heading if the dates have gone well. The main reason is that I know that if it doesn't work out with this one, I might not find another date or mate for a long period of time. Is this a common problem. I seem to have run off at least 2 potential girlfriends in the last year and a half because of my over eagerness to find and keep a relationship. Is this a common problem? I haven't really decided if i want to have kids someday or not. I have plenty of reasons to think that the best thing would be to not have one, but i don't know if life would get horribly empty if i don't. I like kids, and i know that if i had one i would love him/her so much! but for that same reason... i don't like this world and i wouldn't want someone that i love that much to have to live in it. Also, i would have to work, so i wouldn't be with them as much as i would want to...

My ex screwed around with another and my head before i found out several months later.Its now over 2 yrs since we split and he has done nothing but be awful to me since in ways you would not believe..at first i cared for him because he is the father of my kids now for all the things he has done to me i really really hate him and the kids are in the middle.My daughter did not want to go to him for a weekend because she had a b'day party she wanted to go to he hassled her twice on the phone saying he felt she did not love him..she ended up in tears(i have always enforced to my kids their dad loves them he just does some dumb **** things to keep it light).I blew a gasket called him and told him if he ever did it again he would need court access to see her. My son on the other hand is being bribed to go live there and it cant even be discussed without both of us in tears.My kids and their safeness and well being is number one but this is ripping me apart and im tired of all this going on.

I recently began dating a woman. I met her about a month or so ago. We hung out a few times and things went 'all the way.' I really started to like her, and all the signs were positive, and then suddenly poof!!! I haven't heard from her in the last week. No text messages returned, no phone calls answered. I finally emailed and asked her for at least a courtesy response telling me what happened, but I still haven't heard back from her. Would you leave a person who you care for if they failed to maintain their physical appearance or failed to keep in shape? If it was an issue would you tell them they need to shape up or ship out? And by this I mean they have degenerated more than what would be considerable aging, not that they are the same they were when you met them...

this happens every year. she makes a big deal out of giving gifts as a couple for the holidays. i don't mind it but for my father and my brother, my closest family, i have this need to give them gifts from only me, like they are my family, i have a very personal connection with them. i think my fiance feels that if we don't give gifts together then she thinks I don't want to marry her. yea shes like that because shes been engaged then dumped before so i understand, but should i stand my ground since it feels right even thought in the end it doesn't matter, since it is just gifts? thanks ppl!!!
