I looked at the other answers and got a good laugh....A strong personality does not make the person undesirable as the answers here say...I have a strong personality and I'm none of the above...I would rather be strong then the opposite...weak.
I know who i am and what i want out of life. I'm happy, easy to get along with and helpful. I don't let stupid stuff get to me and I'm understanding. Know who and what you want out of life makes you a strong person...

Very stubborn and opinionated perhaps always the center of the crowd and usally expresses how he/she feels w/o hesitation. Usually the leader in my opinion. Maybe smart, outgoing, can somewhat bossy to an extent. That's my opinion of a strong personality.

Depends, a person might have a strong personality and be very bossy, annoying, controlling.....etc.......
Or they can have a strong personality and be encouraging, positive, a motivator.

Hi it means someone sticks to their ideas and ways of doing things,,, they may listen to other ideas,,but once their mind is made up,, that is usually it!!!!
