i have a crush on a well liked student teacher. he left about two weeks ago. we want to write him a letter just saying hi.do you think this would be weird for him?

My suggestion is to contact him through your teacher. In today's society, though shameful as it is, you better to protect yourself and --if you respect this young man, protect him too. Your teacher gives you and the student teacher accountability so people cannot come back on you or him as if you were having an inappropriate relationship. I am sure your intentions are honest and innocent (they better be or you shouldn't bother), but in our world you have to cover yourself. Young men and women have lost their jobs by writing letters or having 'questionable' contact with students.
I do think your student teacher would truly love to hear that he has done a great job and your educational experience and success was bolstered because of him...leave the whole 'crush' thing out though...that might be weird for him...or he might be a closet psycopath looking for a target...it's anyones guess in our world.

It's just a crush. He's a teacher, even a student teacher is still a teacher. He's what, 5+ years older than you? Let it go. He could get into HUGE trouble for dating you.
1) You're underage
2) Even if he's not teaching at your school, dating students is a no no
What do you expect him to tell you? Unless you want him to be your friend and to wish him goodluck, don't open that door.

If the "we" in that sentance refers to the whole class, then I think it would be weird for him to know you had romantic feelings. You are too young (I am pretty sure) to go for a teacher, and he could get into trouble.

i think it will be because the relationship between a teacher and a student still stand, so don't waste your time, find a boy that you like and after him!

Yes it would be weird for him, plus if you are under 18 you can get him in a lot of trouble.

no just talk to him but dont let it go too far and if he ever says anything inappropriate cut him off but there is nothing wrong wit talkin 2 him
