am always thinking of things that gets me really upset..or things that makes my day really like crap.

Try venting your bad mood with some type of exercise like kick-boxing or martial arts. Or simply go for a walk and force yourself to smile like a goofball, make the most obscenely hilarious faces in the mirror at yourself, etc. It really will make ya feel better!

Listen to relaxing music, take a walk, talk to someone that I can trust. Life is too short to walk around upset and miserable. By being this way, it drives people away from you. Try doing things that you like and stop walking around angry. Talk about things that upsets you (don't keep it bottled up) and enjoy life. You can end up with mental or medical issues (high blood pressure, ulcers, etc.) from worrying or being upset all of the time. Good Luck.

I know how you feel cause at times I am the same way. i know that in order for me to feel more better cause I do not want to be like that, I feel that if I take a anger management class it would help me be a little more calmer with the public. Or what about yoga? Doesnt sound like a bad idea. Exercise would not hurt. Not saying that your fat just something to take your anger out on.

You could try meditation. It's difficult, I just started trying it because this girl I know is into it.

You could also go work out for an hour or two. Take you're bad mood out on the treadmill or something.

Just remembered- check out Borat on youtube. One of my favorites is Borat on country music..

I am part italian and indian. i have the worst temper and im always cranky towards others and i feel bad. So when i start to feel it coming, i either turn on my favorite show to make me laugh, talk to someone that always makes me happy, or take a nice drive listening to my favorite music singing and dancing my booty away in the car. It helps. trust me !!

Perhaps some soothing music? Other prefer the opposite, and listen to metal.

You might try meditation, or once again the opposite, and punch a pillow.

Talk to someone about what bothers you. Or once again the opposite, and heckle a mime. ;)

Where I work I sit at the front desk, people are rude to me, a lot, I smile and answer their questions, assist them in anyway that I can, but most of all I stay calm.

In the end they apologize to me, if not I keep on keeping on.

work out , swim, answer questions in yahoo answers. Give your
mind something to do. If I had a bad day at work I don't bring it home. It stays at work.
