I am in my 20's and never met my mom's mom.
She disowned my mom a year before I was born over a family fued.
Last week it was my mom's 50th birthday and she called my mom and acted like they had never had a dispute (she never apologized to my mom for the hell she raised).
She is meeting my mom for the 1st time in 25 years tomorrow.
My mom would like me to come along to meet my so called "grandma"- and I dont want to- she abused my mom as a child, and never acknowleged me- Why now?
Think I have the right to decline this relationship?

PS- 'Grandma" is not a nice woman- she is mean, verbally abusive, and addicted to painkillers- I really dont think I will be missing out on anyone that is signifigant

I was is the grand casino and i've been lving there for about a month and yesterday i went to my room which happened to not be mine and i walked in on some gay plp having it. ok well I went to homecoming with this guy named Tyler. And he is totally hot and nice but there are 2 facts that make me not wanna go out with him..hes gonna be 18 in 15 days, and he lives an hour away. .. and then there is great guy i have liked since the 7th grade maxx..u see maxx has a tendensy to like me when ever this girl named brianna who he likes so much and would do anything for says she doesnt wanna date him (she's a HUGE TEASE) and they go off and on..well brianna currently likes Maxx's best friend but Maxx doesnt kno that and he is starting to flirt w/ me (and i like him a LOT) and on halloween Brianna, Chris, Devon and I went to maxx's house and I am starting to like Maxx again but i dont wanna hurt Tyler and i cant decide who i like b/c I never know when Maxx is gonna like Brianna again so i dont wanna give up everything I have with Tyler to possibly get something i might have with Maxx. So I like this guy, my best friends older 19 yr old brother. Me and my best friend are both 17, and seniors. He is not in college and he works at our school as a maintance person. That might be weird, but whatever. Its not because their dad is the head engineer & so thats how he got the job.

Anyways. I know my friend would be tottaly cool if I told her I liked him, but She has a HUGE mouth, so I dont want to tell her because she'll tell all her other relatives, and that would be embarassing if he didnt feel the same way.

So, how can I tell how he feels about me without being obvious?
Are there any signs that might point out that he likes me as more that "just his sissy's friend"?

A week ago was our aniversery for 13 years. Ive been sleeping at a grand casino in a hotel room for about a month now all alone. My heart is torn to peices. I have been with my bf for 3 years. I have a best friend of 9yrs. They absolutely hate each other. In recent past my best friend has offered me lots of money if I would just leave him. I haven't taken her up on the offer. She said that he is controlling my life and I need to be away from him. I have broke up with him one time because of her and him getting into it. When my bf and I got together I quit talking to everyone except her. He wants me to quit talking to her. He says that she is trying to manipulate me into getting out of the relationship with him. I feel like I am in the middle here and I don't know what to do. I love my bf very much and I do think we can be happy together if she butts out of our business. But at the same time I don't want to lose a friendship. My bf says he should come first over her and there shouldn't be a problem dropping her from our lives...I just don't know what to do.

I just lost my online girlfriend. She was angry at me, for wanting
another to date other women, because she kept playing mind
games". Now just wrote me a self pity letter, filled with f bombs,
and called me a user, and a teaser. Hypocritical right ? SO we
talked on the net for 8 months, and shared a 3 hr phone call.
That went well. She was so happy, seemingly. And wrote me
back almost daily. Once I told her about me closing the door,
on and old ex girlfriend, she got quiet. 2 weeks later she tells
me, she is back and in love with her ex boyfriend. See saw
relationship. Then she told me, she only wants to be friends.
But insisted on us keeping contact. So now she wrote me a
good bye letter, after I revealed my desires for another. But
only because she played mind games with me. Now she is
gone, and hurt too, after the email I wrote. Do you think she
will come back, via email ? Today was our last day ?
What is she thinking, and will she return ?

Okay, I had a sexual relationship with this guy, and he and I pretty much have the same circle of friends, he's actually really close to all of the people, and sometimes when I would call he would be like say first and last name loudly, and then when i told him that I din't want everyone to know of our realtionship, he's like well, we did have a realtionship, and he even went on to say that he's told some people but then later on said he was just joking...and then threatened me and told me that he would tell everyone of our realtionship...and then have the nerve to smile at me, when I see him around like everything is cool, so my question is why do you think he would do something stupid like this and tell everyone?

I just don't think I can connect with modern day women of other races, but Latin and Asian women from my observation seem to have all the qualities men want in a women that you won't normally find in other women like great personalities, hard working, appreciative, beautiful, easy going, sweet, feminen, faithful, great mothers, ect. I have a couple of friends dating Cuban women and 1 who has dated a Korean women, they tell they are wonderful definatly marriage material. I have yet to even date a Latin or Asian women, so I'am I better off trying to date Latin or Asian women.

We are trying to pay back a check that didn’t clear our bank due to financial difficulties. My husband is in the army and deployed and we had some problems financially. It is not right that anyone could get your phone number. My concern is that this check writing collection agency somehow got our non published phone number and cell phone number and I have no idea how they could retrieve this information since they never had it the first place. This is a new number. I feel that confidentiality has been broken and I just would like to know how they go about getting our cell phone numbers and home number when they never had it to begin with. How do they do this and what should I do? Please help.
