My husband came home from Iraq 3 months ago, I knew before he left he liked to kick back and have a few now it is all the time, and it is no longer beer it is hard alcohol. I have taken him in to the hospital for alcohol poisoning a month ago and he promised me that it will never happen again. he doctor offered info on support groups and he refused and said this was a wake up call but it hasn't changed his ways what so ever. Finally the other day I told him no more alcohol in the house. Last night he kept going in to the bathroom, and each time he came out more and more sluggish. (This is my 5 year old Daughters bathroom so it just adds to my frustration) I finally went in to check out the situation, here he had a bottle of jag hid under there and it was half empty. Then I am the bad one for being nosey. (according to him) What do I do? He doesn't want help he won't take it. what do I do?

I got divorce slips slapped on my face when i was struggling with depression few years back. almost 3 years later, i have a life with new gorgeous wife, adorable kids, family, house, etc..happiest I've been in my entire life.

Every once in a while, i get a hate email from the ex about how I'm the one that should be blamed for everything and how she loved me etc etc..

When YOU complain about your 'lazy' husband, when YOU complain how you're miserable and YOUR hubby is at fault for everything, and YOU dump him. Years later, why do YOU miss him? (I know there are bunch of you that do.)

I have 2 children (boy 8 and girl 12). I am supposed to have my (and my wife's) holiday time from after school today until 8 pm on Christmas eve. Their mom (my ex) has sent me a letter self suspending the kids' visitation with us until a court date for a hearing of what I beleve are issues that could be settled outside of court. I called her last evening to see when I could pick up the kids and she stated that she suspended my visitation until the hearing. She also denied us parenting time 2 weekends ago. I filed a denial of parenting time paperwork over it. My attorney (whom i can not get ahold of today) stated to file paperwork every time this happens. I will do that.
My question is...should I make the 75 minute trip to their house to show the courts that I made an attempt to get them for our time? Should I not attempt the trip and just write it down in the denial of parenting time complaint?
The Michigan FOC is aware of her and not putting up with what she is trying to pull.

my husband, evertime i try to talk to him about the holidays or his children coming over he ignores me or statrs a fight. I've tried to tell him that when he makes plans and i'm not consulted about it makes me upset. he even leaves work early if the kids are dropped of at his work because his ex is going to work. we don't have much money as it is due to child support except mainly for my check. he thinks i should just accept what ever . The bad part is when the kids come over they wont listen to me and if i say something to there dad he ask me why do i have to be such a *****. I have no controll at all when there at my home and my husband gives them money we don't have . the ex tells the kids i don't know why your dad dosnt help out . hes already giving half of his check to the ex she said in court its really hard raising kids on your own well if it is that hard why don't she work more than 20 hours a week? she isn't contributing at all toward the finicial end shouldnt she work 40 hour

I have been absent from work since my separation and divorce as a result of extreme stress.

The problem is, I have to work with my ex-wife and her lover.

I have asked my employer to move me to another office so I do not have to come into contact with my ex-wife or her lover, but my employer has still not offered me another position.

I feel like I'm being forced out of my job.

Can someone tell me if I have any rights?

There is no way I can afford to pay a lawyer
