Marriage & Divorce - 24 September 2007

I broke it off with my ex fiancée about 5 months ago. This was after a tumultuous 3 years of long distance and up and downs. Part of the reason for the break up was that I found out that he had been unfaithful to me both physically and emotionally. He had also begun to pull away and stated that we were lacking a spark in the intimacy department.
During this time I've been doing my best to get over the heartache of my break up. A few weeks ago an old flame came back into the picture. We got together during one of the breakups between my ex and I. The chemistry was unbelievable between the two of us and I developed feelings for him (not love), but my ex came back into the picture and I made a choice to try and work things out with him. Thus breaking my old flames heart. My old flame has admitted to me that he still has feelings for me and that he would like more then just a friendship. What should I do? Today is our 1st wedding anniversary & I sent my husband a message on myspace kinda like a card, telling him how much I loved him and how happy he made me & how we have been through alot and always make it through & all that stuff.. well I asked him if he liked it and he said yeah and kinda made a funny face and when I asked him if he had even read it he was like "I skimmed through it" I was really hurt.. he was like it said something about love & our anniversary, so i dont even think he read but two words of it! I am just very hurt.. and I was the one who said happy anniversary first and he didnt even say it back.. were going out to dinner tonight but he doesnt even seem to care about our anniversary.. hes really hurting my feelings what is his problem ???

After my husbands' affair I am so full of rage. I want him and his whore to hurt as much as they hurt me. I've even dreamt I killed them. Is this normal? Thanks

I even tried to instigate sex, turned me down. When home he focuses on sports on t.v. or naps in his chair. The weather is about our only conversation. When he have had general conversation, he usually cuts me down, belittles me. When I come in from doing my parents dinner (I've worked all day) he will be sitting, waiting, then ask when am I cooking dinner. He helps with nothing. He played golf Saturday and Sunday, I had to be at my parents on Saturday but was home on Sunday. I got the laundry done and some housework, but he asked why I hadn't grocery shop and what were we having for dinner. I checked his cell fone, found a cell number for "M". Got a search report it belongs to a 74 yr old woman, I got her address and know she has grown daughters. Is he jealous over my obligations to my parents? I don't know where to begin or what to do. Between my job, parents and this I can't take much more.

Theres a group of 8 of us who have been best friends for over 10 years, all their partners/husbands are good friends too. One of my friends who is married with 2 kids has seemed to go off the rails. She had a boob job (that her husband paid for) and since then she goes out most weekends and cheats on her husband, everyone knows about it apart from him. We've all said something to her and that she should stop, but she reverses it and says if we say anything then we'd be responsible for their marriage breakup and their kids not having their dad around. She also gets quite nasty and says that she would make our lives hell (and we believe it) if we told. The partners (who are his friends) want to say something too but cant because it would cause huge arguments between the friends. I would say something myself, but because i know the others are quite scared of her, they wouldnt stand by me, so it would be me who ends up falling out with everyone. Her husband is a great husband.
