It is your Circadian rhythm to blame. Some people have a 30 day cycle, others three to four months.

You have answered your own question. By "keeping everything under control" you are keeping all the hurts, slights, niggles, disagreements etc. in life inside. Then when there is room for no more you erupt like a volcano. All those feelings you kept under control escape all at once. My guess is that at other times you are a people pleaser, a go with the flow type, just about anything to keep the peace is probably your motto. The root of this is the need to be liked and there is nothing wrong with that. Trouble is all those times you "keep your mouth shut" stokes up the volcano. The best way to deal with this is also the hardest. Allow yourself to say what you think, speak out when you don't agree with something, there is no need to always put the needs of others before your own. Your feelings , views and opinions are as valid as anyone elses. By addressing issues as they arise there is nothing building up inside waiting to explode. Hope this helps. Good luck x

You need to learn to talk out problems and other things as you go, so it can all be resolved and you can move on from it. You're not really keeping things under control, you're just hiding them. Don't let it build up, becasue it just causes alot more problems when they do come out.

It has to come out sometime or other, maybe dont leave it as long next time and it wont be such a nasty explosion! I tend to let mine out every 2 to 3 weeks rather than months.

geez...dont be like that., say how u feel etc everyday! its part of life. u need ot be a good communicator! no one knws how u feel inside? ppl arnt meant to be psychic! my sister is like that. she bottles stuff up, i couldnt dare! its like a burden on your shoulders...why should you do yourself such harm eh? learn to say NO! when u have to. scream it out, shout it out! say what u think and feel...best way to go along in life. dont ever carry extra burden and stress than you have to coz we have enough of that in life as it is like wrk, money etc. u dotn need it, why do you find it hard? maybe confidence classes will definitely help! your local college will have it, part time.

Its just the way you are. Everyone controls their anger in different ways, its only you that can change it, thats if you really want to.

Because you are passive-agressive. Vent when it happens. Storing your anger is bad for your blood-pressure as well as your relationships.
