I went to the state supreme court in New Jersey the other day to file for a set child support payment ad visitation of my son, and I was given a court date. But, his mother and I have come to an agreement, and I wanted to cancel the court date and file that were given. How do I do this? Is it even possible?

husband wants to look at it, watch it with them etc. My husband has been looking at it every morning while I am asleep lately and then waking me up for some ....... Does this mean he is bored with me now..... What can I do to spice things up for him....or is this a take away me situation for a couple of days to get his focus back

Talked to an ex-girlfriend of mine yesterday. She just got married about 2 months ago to a guy 30 years older then her (she's in her mid '20's). She told me she just found out her husband signed them up for a swingers club unbenownst to her. She discovered it somehow. She's not into this and to the best of my knowledge, they didn't talk about this before marriage. Apparently, he wants a 3-some with another woman. She is totally flustered. He even offered to divorce her. He seems apologetic, but you have to wonder.

What advice should I offer her? I want to see her happy and feeling good about herself and her marriage. I don't want to get into the middle of anything, but I think she needs someone to offer solid advice and consolation.

I would appreciate any answer and I know there will be some rude answers, but I'm really in deep trouble and don't know what to do. Here is my story.

I got married when I was 18 to a guy I didn't really know. This was sort of an aranged marriage. I wasn't completely in the dark about all this but I knew at that time how bad my parents especially my father and the rest of the relatives really wanted this marriage to actually happen. I was young and stupid and I went along with it. It's been 8 years now that I am married to this guy and even though I learned to respect him and care about him after all he is my husband, I never actually loved him. We are completely two different people. He is 10 years older than I am and we have nothing in common. We fight all the time. Either the car or the credit card is paid and half of the other....he won't keep a positive outlook that this might be doable in January....I just really want to TTC! He already broke a promise we could try after getting married in July....because he made a $8000 mistake in October 2006....now I'm paying for it!? You are in an unhealthy relationship. He gets into fits of rage and violence, insults you, and says things that you are not even thinking.

Each time you get into a major fight, which is almost every week, he says that he is leaving. He calls everyone and lies about you and tells them he's out of here and you will be dead without him.

You wait for him to leave but he doesn't leave, he just gets into his "nice phase" until the cycle of rage starts again the next time.

You pay most of the bills and he lies to everyone that he does. He is threatened each time you move up in your career although you've tried your best to reassure him of your faith in his abilities.

You know that one of you has to leave for your safety and that of your kid.

Is it fair to ask your mate to share in the upkeep of your home 50/50. If you both work 40 hours per week, and one mate doesn't contribute at all, the other cleans, does laundry, cooks etc. and the other complains if something is not done, yet does nothing!
