We have seen evidence of emotional and verbal abuse for years. We also suspect some physical abuse. She recognizes there are issues but seems to think it will get better. I have read the book, The Verbally Abusive Relationship by Patricia Evans. The book is excellent. It helped me understand how a woman can get trapped in an abusive relationship. Reading the book added to my concern, because of the complexity of the issue. How do we get her to understand that the abuse is taking a toll on her and will take a toll on the children?

A girl was arrested for domestic violence even though her boyfriend adamantly denied ever being touched by her. There was a scratch on his lower belly where his dog had scratched him...this is the mark that caused her to be arrested.

What kind of punishment is she looking at and what can they do to prepare to fight this in court????

I need help my husband seems to keep lying about his child support to me first of all he keeps telling me that the child is not his and we got one on the way he keeps saying after the babys born we gonna go to court about it but i dont see how when we dont have much money he was only paying 65 dollars until he had to fill out some paper about his recent income now we got a letter saying he has to pay 195 dollars and if i hadnt have seen it first he would have hid it from me i know he said he talked to them and that the paper didnt mean anything and that hes still only paying 65 dollars but he had to pay it for this month and i wasnt with him he called and told me he found 100 dollars in his wallet behind something and he just told me that he had got a cash advance which was 300 dollars but if he only had 100 left thats means he paid 195 for child support right? i just wish somebody would help me out im tired of him lying

Okay, my wife is 26 and I'm 22. We've been married a year next month. We got married after 4 months of knowing each other. She always talks to me like a kid and likes to tell me what to do. Like chores and stuff like that. But, she barely cooks, she has no friends, and always expects me to take her out with me. And whenever I take her out we'll get in an argument and we'll end up looking stupid in the end. She talks down to me from time to time, and she's uninterested in sex. I've tried being romantic and doing different things but she's just not into it. She says her sex drive is gone. We stay home most of the time cause I don't want to get embarrased when we're out. Whenever she gets mad she holds a grudge. She's stubborn, and she always brings up little stuff like "why is the pot still on the stove from 3 days ago"whenever we get into arguments.She broke my Playstation3 cause she wanted me off the bed and I didn't get off due to an argument and she cursed at my mom. Advice

My wife friend got her on crack cocane. She stays out all night long does not come home till i goto work. She gets phone calls all the time and will not tell me.

We had a fight and cops were called and i asked her to leave. She therented to smash my truck and hit me in the chest. I got a restraining order and she out for 15 days. I'm going to court to get it extended for at least 3 months and requesting drug testing for my wife.

She has blow all our money when i took over paying the bills after she was gone there was only 8 dollars left in our account. She maxed out all her credit and have applied for more she owes over 37,000 dollars. 20,000 is her car the rest is credit cards.

I had to cash in my IRA just to keep my house, lucky it in my sister name so that is safe.

I don't know what to do, try to work it out or just end it it is 11 years of my life.

My sons mother wants him to move in with her full time. She does not know what going on.
