I lived 3 differents countrys....and my stupid **** parents wanna move again...im only 13......and im dont wanna move..my friends mean EVERYTHING to me........I cant even imagine moving again and having to go thru the whole school year without my frinds :*(

WHats the Positive side of moving??

I have this friend she's 37 lives at home and is a compulsive shopper. She asked me to "help" her clean her bedroom, she said it was messy and she needed help moving the furniture I told her sure, but I could only help for a few hours in the evening after my husband gets home. I asked her to please, have any garbage picked up so we could get right down to sorting her things.. When I arrived I was horrified at the condition of the bedroom.The bed was out of the room, but the entire floor was covered in filth.I'm talking about 75-100 empty 20 oz. coke/pepsi bottle, dirty Kleenex and piles and pile of clothes, and enough dog hair for 10 dog. Even after 4 hours of sifting/sorting her things it didn't look like we even make a dent in her room.I was mad because she had over 24 hours to get the trash out of the room before I got there. She wants me to "help" her again next weekI feel that she intentionally let me do all the work..Should I help her or decline.I have my own house/family to ca

I have this sort of get together thing for school this monday. I want to go, have fun, make new friends, be myself, and all that other stuff.

But, i have a problem! I'm really really shy and it's hard for me to do all these stuff.

Hello Everyone,

Is it odd for someone to still want to be friends with you even though you have told them that you, as a friend, have developed romantic feelings for them? Wouldn't that make the situation awkward? What could this person be thinking (this has happened to me and I am not sure whether or not to continue the friendship with this person, as I have already expressed my romantic interest and asked not to talk to this person anymore)?

I like this boy and I know he likes me too. He smiles at me all the time and waves and everything, and its kinda obvious. But he isnt very pretty and hes kinda chunky but hes really nice and sensitive hes like what almost every girl dreams about i like him alot but if i go out with my friends and other people will make fun of us.
So heres the problem...

I turn 15 in august and I'm having my birthday party next week. I haven't thrown one in a really long time. Most of my friends' parties are just going to the movies or hanging around their house, but I wanted to do something a bit different but not too expensive (that's not gonna fly w/ my parents lol). s great. but his friends annoy the **** out of me. I used to be friends with some of these kids but I got rid of them so I could have some peace of mind. I still have to occasionally deal with these other friends because I'm friends with Kyle. Kyle is great but I dopnt want anything to do with his friends so I believe everyones got to go.

I've known this guy in college for 5 months and he's wanted to sit with me in classes and spend breaks with me. We think very much alike and have the same values. But he hasn't wanted to have a drink with me all this time, and says he's too busy to do anything other than sit together in classes.

ok first off my daddy and mommy bought a new yacht so we are made the opening day today. The next the day my sister comes back from Princeton Univeristy. That same day my sister and i go to spa, before we shop at Bebe and stuff cause duh! she is my idol. I mean who dosent want to be a model when they are 20? anyways the next day my friend has her b-day, and i said i cant go because i need to say bye to my Boyfriend who is leaving to go to the bahamas over the summer, and she is like you are such a jerk! i mean i want to go, but i have to say bye to him. not only that but i already bought her this present even though all i had was $250! and spent all i had left on her. She took the present and threw it down the water the day we cut the ribbion for our yacht. Not only that but she says i am spoiled. Which is not true! She says i am snobby, and ok whatev.... i am NOT! grrr you know i am so mad i havent touched my i-phone in days and i am using my 3 month OLD laptop ughhh! am i a jerk?

I'm 13 & I used 2 b in a group of really close friends @ school (4-5). Recently in the past 6 months or so, i've been feeling neglected and disowned. My friends never waited for me after lessons yet they all wait for each other. they get up and go when i'm half eating my lunch as I am a slow eater yet they wait for everyone else 2 finish. they talk about stuff i dunno the hell about. they leave me out a lot & hardly pick me for a partner in stuff. i've told one friend before about this but nothing was done. i've also fell out with another one of them because i expressed my feeling 2 them. i've left the group now & found a few more friends =]. they didn't seem affected when i left & don't seem bothered. heck, they seem 2 be having a great time without me! they never speak 2 me only when they're on their own. i used 2 best friends with one at the start of Y7 & the same with another, then our friendship broaded and became a group of 5. now i stand alone. any reason for their actions? =[

On the fourth of july one of my girlfriends and my kids godmother called me and said she was coming over,I said okay. Later that day my so-called bestfriend called and said she wanted to come over but I told her that i didn't think that it was a good idea because my other friend was coming over and they can't stand eachother and even though she said she wouldn't say anything to her I still didn't want them both over at the same time just to keep confusion and tension down. Long story short she cops and attitude and hangs up on me, I think this is very petty because all I wanted to to was keep confusion down so my question is should I let the situation go and our friendship? We haven't even spoken since and I'm not the type to kiss azz and I'm not apologizing because I wasn't the one that was wrong.

My friend competes with me on everything - women, money, possessions, status... EVERYTHING! It makes him look so insecure and pathetic that it embarrasses me. His girlfriends over the years have talked to me about it - saying he always talks about me, so much, that it freaked them out. He has so much going for him, he has no reason to be jealous of me or my life. I'm very popular amongst our mutual friends and in the community, so I think that causes some of his resentment. Recently, I've been going through some big changes and have been needing a friend. He will only be there for me if it makes him look good.

I'm feeling like giving up on him. We've been friends for 10 years, but he feels toxic.

I spoke with him about all this, but he blew it off, saying he loved me and that I was just being a baby.

What would you do?

My BFF was going out with this guy a few months ago. they broke up and i am dating him. we've been dating for two months. My friend and him were goingout for 3 weeks. Last week my friend just found out she is pregnant with my boy friend's child. This leaves me in a wierd possition. Should I let my boy friend tske on to fatherhood or tell him i want to stay with him. Plus we are only 17 so.....yeah.

okay so i moved in with my boyfriend about 2 months ago, and we both used to be into drugs, well i started asking my friends (who are still into drugs) not to smoke weed in the house any more, well while they are here they pretend they are going to the bathroom and smoke, or they wait until my boyfriend leaves to pick me up from work to smoke in the house. Well the other day a friend, Liz, stopped by to pick something up from my house and found my two friends, Nick and Renee, smoking a bowl in my house. When i confronted them about it they said, "Sorry we didnt realize it until we started smoking."

I dont know what to do because they dont seem to want to listen and respect me at all.

about a yr. ago a friend invited me to a once a mo. dinner out w her friends from work. Everyone was nice,but I just wasn't having fun and wanted it to end. My friend seemed to get upset if I tried to cancel so I kept it up. 2 mos ago she and I and another friend had dinner out,and the next nite would have been our usual "girl's nite out". I left a message on my friend's phone saying if we were going out 1 nite I thought I would take a break the next nite as I was low on funds-that was a white lie -I just wanted a break and used that as an excuse.Anyway when we went out to eat(the 3 of us) at the end my friend said "I want you to come out tomorrow nite-so I am paying for you-she actually picked up the whole tab. I said "no- I just can't go out"-I never wanted her to pay for my meal that nite,and I am mad that she just would not take the hint that I just wanted a break. Should she be mad at me? I should have been honest,but she made it hard .
