my best friend lives 400 miles away from me, and I have planned a surprise trip to see her. Her mom, older sister, and two of her friends are in on the secret. what would be a clever way to surprise her?

heyy, oh my goodness, this is so cool, you should go to the airport, and bring her her favourite chocolate, candy, flowers, and stuffed animal. she'll be SO surprised to even see you, that you don't even have to bring anything for her!
if she's so far away, you guys will even forget about presents! =D
bring her over to a park, or even to the mall and have TONS of fun!, you could even watch the latest movie with her! that would be SO FUN! i love to do surprises for best friends!
or even a pool party! yeah!!~

Okay, here are two really cool ways...it just depends if you're willing to spend $100 or not.
1. Go to the town, have a limo rented (they run about $30/hr) that will drive you over to her house. Have the driver start blowing his horn, or if you have a cell phone, call her mom and tell her to ask your friend if she knows why there is a limo in the driveway. When she goes to check on the limo, have the driver open the door for her and have her get inside. Once she's inside, say "hi" and have the driver take you to the mall, or even a McDonald's for a milk shake or something, then drive you back to her house.
If that's too much money to spend, then...
2. Get there early, while your friend is still in bed. Have her mom let you in and go into her bedroom. Sit in a chair and then say, "hey, are you going to sleep all day or what?" She'll wake up completely disoriented and wonder if she's having a dream. Then you yell, "Surprise!" She'll scream, you'll scream, and you'll both scream together. then you can go out for a milk shake or simply stay in the house and talk. Either way, it's all good.

You should call her and be like I wish I could come see you and then ring the dorr bell or whatever and she would have to be totally surprised I know I would!

Get her some flowers, when you get to her house, set them on the doorstep and ring the bell.
Then hide.
When she is looking around for the flower delivery man, jump out!

1-go to her house have her mom make breakfest then dress up like her mom dont let her see your face and say something her mom would say then walk to her take her a breakfest then she should go like oh my gosh what are u doing here. 2-get a big box and get somebody to help u get in the box and get her parents to help tell them to tell her there is a box for her she'll open it and u pop out.
