Yes, and I had to realize that the person who did this may have had problems, but they went about resolving them the wrong way. What I noticed was how quickly everyone just forgot about them and how people really didn't want to talk about them or seem to care about them. I think this is mostly because everyone thought it was such a waste.
A few thoughts:
Nothing is ever so bad that suicide is the answer.
God never gives us more than we can handle, we only "think" it's more than we can handle, and handling the load may be the test we were put here to pass.
We all die, but nobody ever gets to decide to come back from the dead. Since you'll die anyway someday, why rush it? Even pain is better than dying...at least pain lets you know that life still matters.
So, how do I cope? I think about the things I posted above and realize that they made a bad decision...but that it doesn't affect me any more than it would if they simply moved away.

kool we have the same name well kind i am jess s to kool ay..
but on a mor serious not yes i have lost a friend/family member to suicide and its the worst feeling in the world.
For the first few months i kept everything bottled up inside me but in the end thats the worse thing to do, i found someone to talk to not a counceller i found someone who went through the same thing i did and she knew i how felt, and when i got down she always new what to say. and to cope through something like this you really need to talk to someone so you can let all your feelings out so they are not all bottled up inside of you, it is hard especially when you didnt get the chance to say goodbye to the person... it was my best friend who commited suicide and i never got to say goodbye to her... but i just kept remembering all teh good times that we spent together and all the laughs that we had, it helps me remember the things that we did together, always think about the hgood times not the bad times. and i used to always think about the reasons y she commited suiced but that just made me more depressed myself, so yeah talk to someone and if you were close with the person who commited suicde remember all the good times you had together and if you want some one to talk to i am here i know how it feels and i am here to help you get through this if you want.

I had an ex girlfriend to take her own life because of family issues. Although I miss her I don't blame myself for her death. You will find there is somethings that can't be explained. Don't get caught up in questions you can't explain. Just go on in life knowing you knew this person.

No, i'm grateful to assert i've got no longer. although certainly one of my acquaintances who I care very plenty approximately is suicidal, and that i pray conventional for God to maintain him secure. Suicide is that this style of terrible tragedy... He would not comprehend in basic terms how plenty human beings love him and would miss him. i wish that day in no way comes.
