Friends - March 2007

I grew up with 2 males, and I was always considered their sister or to out-siders a tom boy. This was fine with me. In high school I ended up going to a different school to them, and ended up in the wrong crowd. My parents then moved us 5 hours away to get me out of the trouble I was in. This meant leaving my best mates behind. I stayed in touch with one of them, but the other guy never replied or showed interest in staying in touch. This hurt me really badly - and I often thought about him. It hs been 5 years since I saw him or even spoke to him last. When last week I was skimming through friends profiles on myspace, and found that he had one..

Now my question to u...
Should I contact him?
Im shy, and have no idea what to say as I know we've both changed ALOT!

my gf finished with me on monday, she said she only wants to be friends. I met my gf at work, outside work we was perfect but wen it got to work days, we argued, cos ofbher work mates spreading stuff about me and making me paranoid by giving me dirty lucks. so it was partly my fault why she finished' lastnite I rung 2 tell her not ring me on my other fone, cos I lost it. she answered and said she wed ring me bk in a bit cos she busy, she sounded down. so she rung hour later so I asked if sh was ok, shevstarted shouting and stressing at me so I put fone down on her. she then txt me twice and rung me 8 times. the txts asking what's up wi me and why I put fone down. shal I txt her or shal I let her suffer bit l0nger? I want her bk cos I like her. previusly I used to txt and ring her loads. ifbshe wants to be friends why wud she bother 8times to ring me? I never ansWered what do I do? she also wrote in one of the txts she will seebme at work 2day but am not going in today plz help how can I get her back? she made it clear she wants friendship so what can I do? I feel she likes me? p

a teenager girl loves a girl in her class...love in sense she likes 2 talk with her, stay with her, help her whenever she is in needs help.she aslo miss her very much and every time she think of her....2nd girl is quit aware that she is being liked by 1st girl but still she does not pay much attention to her.
plz suggest what can done so that the 2nd girl start having the same feeling for the 1st girl

I'm a guy and I have a female friend who I hangout with all the time. We hang out in class and then text and talk till dawn every single day. The problem is that she flirts beyond the boundaries of friend. I really like her and she says she likes me too but would rather we take baby steps..towards what I don't know. Yet she doesn't behave this openly flirtatious towards anyone else. I've been very hurt last time I opened up too much to a person..
I sent her a text yesterday that we should stop talking to each other for a while because I was getting more connected to her than she to me. She replied back with "what's wrong with that?" Anyway, she thinks I'm hurting her by not talking.. I'm confused.

A college friend and I got on pretty well - we were both in our final year. At the end of the school year, I had the courage to ask this person out. They agreed, but it seemed to be more out of politeness. And I think this person just wanted to remain 'friends'. And that's fine.

However, since then it has been really awkward, and we haven't really talked. Late last year I emailed this person. A few weeks later I got an email back where this person said they had been in hospital. Naturally, I was worried. I've tried contacting this person a few times since then but with no reply. I'm still worried and want to keep this person as a friend because we got on really well. However, I also don't want to come across as a 'stalker'. What should I do?

I met this boy through msn last year, we used 2 txt each other everyday, he used to cal me every day and so on. Then we met up, and started to go out. He lives far aay from me, but he used to come down to see me everysaturday. He was lovely. At first I wasn’t in love with him, then things begin to get a be confused, coz we begin to argue other insignificant things. And I got obessed and he dumped me. After a while I got depressed. I missed him and his love. I never felt so happy before in my life. After we broke up he start saying that I was ugly, fat and that he cheated on me. I find out that he never cheated on me and that he only said that to make me upset. For about a year I been trying to get over him, and now I haven’t spoke to him for about 3 mouths but I find it hard to forget him, even though I got lots of friends who supports me, I feel lonely without him. Be honest, are you judgemental, caring, selfish, etc.... i am very caring but detatched only because i am very family orientated. I love my friends, but never cling to them, i allow them space, but they know if they need me i am always there for them, because they are always there for me no matter what... i must say though i have a lot more male friends than female friends, we women can be awfully b!tchy when ready to be, and even some of my friends are jealous of the fact i have so many male friends..... so what type of friend are you?

Recently I met a guy, who is alot older than me. I met him off the internet. He seems so nice. He is like 25 years older than me. He listed on his profile that he was after friendship / activity partner. But I met him a couple of times and everything went well. We had a great time together. I really enjoyed it and I think he did as well. He sent me an email a couple of days ago and asked to sleep with me, or if I knew anyone who would sleep with him. I said no and told him I didnt know anyone else who would. I want to see him again and I really hope he wants to see me again. What do I do and what do I say to him to not hurt his feelings? Like I said he seems very genuine and really nice. I dont want anything more than a friendship with him. My friends and I like to go out regularly and do something a little... embarrassing. For instance, we like to walk up to random people and just say "Hey, long time no see!" and see how long we can keep the convo running, or walk up to girls and go "You suck. You know why?" and try to come up with a reason on the spot. Just silly, harmless stuff like that. We're going out again tonight and maybe tomorrow night. At my work, I am "friends" with a group of annoyingly nosy women. I REALLY don't like them, however, in the environment we work in, it's really important to get along with your co-workers. My problem is that these people are that annoyingly immature group of silly girls that everybody avoided like the plague at highschool. They just haven't grown up, and are extremely emotional, and very bitchy people. Currently, one of the women who I have a particular dislike for, thinks that we're in a fight, and that I hate her. Frankly, I couldn't care less if I ever spoke to her again, but apparently she continues to talk to everybody at work about how I hate her, and that's she's quite sad. I'm tired of being approached by people I barely know, asking me about this fight, when I really don't care to be friends woth such a silly type of person. It's driving me crazy!! How do I get rid of an annoying friend, and not have her blab to the entire workplace that I hate her?
