If your parents won't get it, you have to earn the money and get it yourself. Your parents are too busy making money to house, clothe and feed you as well as educate you. Make a deal with them to earn some cash, but you actually have to work hard around the house or they may not pay up. No should be No and you really should stop hounding them though.

Best advice is ( Go over to your neighbor and tell the couple you'll clean the backyard for two months for $700.
As soon as you get your pay, go purchase your PS3, not Xbox. PS3 is more advantageous

get a job and save the money up urself to buy urself one
odd jobs around the home or neighbours homes
lawnmowing
check for jobs for newspaper deliverys after or before school
pamphlet deliverys after or before school
clean out some of your old junk and sell it on a stall out teh front of your home, or in a garage sale, or get ur parents to set u up an ebay account
ask people /family to give u money instead of gifts for birthdays and christmas
propose to your parents that if you can save half the money will they donate the other half

I'm not sure if it works but a few of my friends have tried it and one of them got a free one within a month or so. I haven't had to pay for anything yet so I figure there's nothing to lose.
The referral plan sounds pretty good though, do one offer (I did blockbuster cause I love movies) and get 14 referrals, doesn't sound TOO bad, we'll see though.

and give it to your parent tell them that you have this much and tell them to add on it so you can have Xbox.
or show them your school grades.
or do something that they will be happy with you more.
make them happy.
