we started out as friends then about 6 mts ago we agreed to be friends with benefits at my request..it worked out ok I guess he saw other people and so did I...then we started doing more things together at his request like fishing, going for long drives etc"less sex" then about 2 weeks ago he tells me "i know what we agreed on but i have feeling for u" I told him I had feeling for him too..but now I'm a little scared we get along so well as friends...i just wounder if the way we stared could cause a problem in the later...he does things like call me 1 to 2 times a day...he finds reasons to call me and i can tell he wants nothing...he took me to meet his grand parents and they were calling me daughter in law and they were telling me how much he likes me and how much he talks about me...he likes to take me to the park and he finds a reason to touch me or put his arms around me or pick me up...I like him a lot too...I'm just afread if it's worth the risk...we are already taking a big one

I viewed my best friend as a role model and a great decent person but she's 15 years old and 3 days ago she told me she performed oral sex. I was extremely disappointed then but then tonight she tells me she just had sex with a guy and now she's afraid she might be pregnant because there was no condom. A few days ago after she performed oral sex the guy ignored her for awhile and then she just had sex with him and he ignored her afterwards. I want to be a good friend and be there for her but part of me is just like haha thats what you get. How could you be so stupid to go back to him after he ignored you the first time and he's not even her boyfriend. I worry about her future. Is it okay for me to be somewhat disappointed with her?

i dont get it. i know these girls who are always looking at this one girl in our class and talk about her. they don't do anything to the girl..they act nice when they're talking to her..but they make fun of her behind her back. why do some girls do this? i think the girl is nice and smart. she has a lot of guy friends. personally i think they're jealous but i dont think those girls like her guy friends so i dont know. is that enough for girls to start hating on other girls?

One of my best friends is annoying me to death. She is constantly burping and farting loudly in front of me and my husband. I realize everyone does this but there are ways to hide it. It is one of my pet peeves. I make comment like "Gross! and Disgusting!!" but she just laughs it off. She even does it when we are out in public and at restaurants. It is just not lady like I mean I not a prude or anything but I know how my husbands feels about girls who do this as well and he's not impressed by her rude sounds either. What do I do? Just leave it alone? Am I over reacting?

With the holidays and all, I've been feeling nostalgic. I've been thinking about him more often. I care for him a lot, and I also love him...as a great friend. The problem is that he is IN love with me...and YES he is a married man. We were best friends before his marriage. And now he's realized that he loves me. (Well now it's too late). I talk to him on the phone regularly, and see him once in a great while. I've had the urge to tell him that I love him, but I can't get myself to do it. I don't want him to think that we can have something more than a friendship.

So how do I tell him that I love him...without making our relationship/friendship more complicated?

I was friends with an evil girl in my grade. She got mad at me because someone started a rumor I was dating her ex boyfriend. Its totally untrue. So we never talk but she likes to be an @ss calling me sl*t, bit*h and all sorts of names. My friend John and I work together in geometry and this girl walks up and indirectly insults me. She talks to my friend and waddles over to where we are sitting. she trys to find out what we are saying and always stares at me when shes over at my desk. I have another class English with her. We had a substitute today so the end of the period she walks up the aisle and stands right next to my desk. I'm like can I help you. I'm sick of seeing her face and its like shes trying to get my attention. I've tried ignoring her. What should I do?

I am so ******* upset I feel like I could explode. I have a good friend that has made a really stupid decision and now wants me to bail him out of it.
He (knowing he didn't have the money to make the trip) hired a Uhaul, packed up all of his stuff, and his girlfriend of 3 months and decided to move 3 states away. He stopped here yesterday before he left town and borrowed a hundred dollars from me. I had no idea that was the only money he had. Now he is like 200 and some odd miles from his destination and called me on the phone crying because they are out of money and out of gas. I told him I couldn't help him and he just cried harder. I feel like he is trying to make this my problem. He said "If you don't help me I'll be stuck here with all this stuff" I am so pissed off. Should I send him more money, or make him face the music?? ok.. i told my best friend that i liked this guy named justin..and she said she hated him..so i thought i had a chance with him[because some of my friends said he liked me too]..so i flirted with him for a few days and thats when i could tell he really DID like me. now all i have to do is wait for him to ask me that question..but it turns out.. that a day later..hes going out with my best friend!

Can the song, "I'll Get Even With You," by LeAnn Rimes be considered a friendship song? Rebecca Lynn Howard also recorded it.

Someone told me it was a song from a girl to a guy. Then someone said they thought is was a song to God. But could it also be used for freindship too? I have this female friend of mine who has helped me through a lot, and I wanted to dedicate this song to her, but now I'm doubting what my heart says, because someone said it was meant for a girl to a guy. Over this past summer i became close with friends with this girl i met 1/2 through my sopomore year. We spent alot of time together..shopping, concerts parties....you name it. Lately shes been acting VERY distant and when i talked to her about it she said she needed a break from me...because appraently were always together. So over the holiday break...we took our break and she decided she didnt want to be a clse friend anymore. It completely tore me apart and it still is...ive been having so much trouble trying to sleep lately....anyway. She went back being close buddies with this other girl that she used to be friends with...but they had a fallout, so they didnt talk for close to a year and now they are. i have NO problem with this otehr girl..i consider my friend too. I hope someday we will be friends again..becasue quite litterally i would NOT be the person i am today withour her. I'd just like to know how to make myself get over myself and live with the fact that our friendship isnt going to reappear over night. I keep looking at old pictures and reading old letters she wrote me on her bored days at work...and i get sader and sader....So any advice what you would do or what i could do would be alot of help. thanks for reading, and sorry for the typos.

She sings made up songs all the time, doesn't listen to me when I tell her to stop [bugging me], and most of all, sometimes when I'm telling her a story, she'll ACT like she's interested then at the end say "I don't care." Other times though, she's very sweet but lately she's teasing me hurting my feelings a little too much. What should I do and why is she suddenly acting like this?

I have been friends with her for 15 years. we hooked up when we were 16. 1 year later she moved away. We kept in touch. i then moved to the same place at 18 yrs old. she than went away to college. we still stayed close. when she came back from college we both dated other people and stayed best friends. Ok so one day a girl from my school sent me a message on myspace, just a "hey hows it going?" type message. So for the past couple of months now we've been sending each other messages pretty much everyday. But heres thing, she's in a grade lower than me so I haven't really had a reason to talk to her before. But this year I have a class with her since its a split grade class, so I end up seeing her every morning. The strange thing is even though we "talk" everyday online we havent actually spoken to each other before. We've just never been put in the position to talk with one another I guess. Whenever I'd have the chance to go over and say anything she's always talking with someone and I've never walked by her in the hall where I've had a chance to say "hey"... its funny because Ive been talking to someone like 5 feet away from her and still havent really had the chance to strike up a conversation. Is this weird? Do you guys think I should just randomly walk up and say something?
