Maybe the boy doesn't know YOU very well then does he?
Beating up someone who has a handicap because he likes all the girls sounds a little like prejudice. There are new laws about fighting in school and after what you just said I think it would also be considered a hate crime.

Ignore him. It will hurt him more than giving him attention. If you take the time and energy to beat up this apparently deluded boy, then he might freak out and think you like him. In the love-hate relationship way, you know? Just ignore him, and if he still thinks you or any of the other girls ignoring him like him, then glare at him and tell him "I--reaally--DON'T--like--you." And if he does something stupid, then call him an imbicile and tell him no one in the school likes him and he needs someone to hammer a nail of sense through his enormous head.

You should not beat him up if you do then you are gonna look like a bully and be the bad one. When I was in school we had this crazy guy who used to chase the girls and one day I turned around and chased him and he ran and never tried it again. Maybe you should try what he is doing and do it back. MOre than likely he will be scared of you and not bother you any more.

just leave him alone. if the boy's really retarded, then who the hell cares? he probably doesn't really know what he's doing. as long as he isn't physically hurting anyone, there's no reason for you to beat him up.
