you can find some information at www.zabasearch.com for free and narrow him down from there. If you're willing to pay, you can get the 411 on this guy including his credit history. (Of course, this person can't be a minor.)

At work we use www.whitepages.com and just click on reverse phone number and it should give you the name and address unless it is blocked or a cell phone.
