MILF was a catch phrase made famous in cult teen movie "American Pie"
It was said in regards to one characters mother by another male student.
when saying how hot she is, he says-
"dude your moms a MILF"
Other student - "whats that?
"M - I - L - F- Mom I'd like to F#!K"
So basically, a MILF a sexually attractive mother
