I am really worried about my friend.?

Ever since her mom has when to work fool time she has been REALLy depressed. She wants to run away and she has tried too. She has not eatin just because shes "too depressed too".SHe also has been hiding several pairs of scissors and getting a pair and going under her desk with them. PLEASE HELP ME!
