Family - February 2007

My daughter has twins and the father has made one child support payment in the two years of thier lives. He says he love the twins, but fought tooth and nail to have his payments dropped from the original 850 to 450 then got another 100 off by allowing them to drop his last name from the birth certificate. So he has made one payment of 350 six months ago and has to pay back support of 11,000. He makes good money. but will not pay. Now he has quit his job and is working under the table for the same company. The state is not helping. Can I give her the money and sue him? Can I turn him in to the IRS for not paying taxes? Any suggestions that won't land me in Jail? Becouse, I have already thought of those things after he hit her.

my brother broke up with his girlfriend who he's been with for about 4 years and a week later his bestfriend died of cancer. his friend was in the hospital and my brother only visited him about 3 times since he was always with his gf he didnt really think of what a great friendship that was slipping from his hands. and now he feels guilty for not being there for his friend as much as he should have been. what do i tell him regarding his friend to make him feel better?

My parents told me these are the reasons i'm going there

1. I dont study hard in US (where I am right now)
2. I keep messing around here
3. I ask for money
4. I won't fix my attitude
5. I make my parents angry of everything i do


please dont tell me to 'stop asking for money' or 'study harder' because they once tried sending me there last year and i'm actually going. i'm only 13 in 8th grade and please help i cant put up with this i want to know how i could stop them if there is anything i could say back and things i shouldnt do!!

It seems that I never do anything right with my mother. If my brother cleans the kitchen she'll say "Good job." If I clean it she'll say "Why didn't you clean the dining room too?" If something is missing, I am the first one she accuses; and no, I am not a kleptomaniac and I do not have a history of stealing. If a room is messy, I am blamed for it. If my father is stressed, I am blamed for him being upset. If my brothers are getting bad grades, she blames me for not taking the time to help them, and mind you, I have an older sister too. If I get bad grades, she blames me for not spending enough time studying. My brother and I are both chubby, but she always makes fat jokes at me, not him. I have always been the "black sheep" in the family, I admit, but I am not a bad kid. What's a girl to do?

Help, my life sucks!?
I wish I could run away, but I don't have the gutts.. I have actually tryed to kill my self. It's sad. I write emo poems everynight it helps a bit. My mom will say something rude i'll say something rude back I get in ****. If my mom tells me to do the laungry I was Whatever. She says " Tell me whatever again i'll slap you so hard." and just the other day she said if you tell you dad I got a speeding ticket I slap you so hard. And one day my dad kicked me. Please help what should I do?? My mother and I get a long sometimes but most the time she just a *****. Oone time she siad if I opened my mouth again she push me off the chair knowing I would fall down the stairs. And my friends knows she a *****, they tell me all the time to run away. Please just tell me what you think is best thanks.

I found out not too long ago that I have a biological father. Since we first met, he has offered to send money and help me out with rent expenses but I feel like I'm taking advantage of him whenever I accept his generosity. Im very private with things, especially my room. I dont know why. I always have the door closed and I really dont like people in my room. I guess im kinda paranoid. But my dad is always opening my door. Its wide open when I get home, I hate that. I close it again just to find it open a while later. It seems like hes always in my room for some reason. My room door has signs like
PLEASE KNOCK or
DO NOT ENTER
but he never even looks at that stuff. He just barjes in without knocking.
Why does he do this?

Sorry if I splet it wrond , but I'm a very depress person, my life is hard , and nothing seems to look up, my mom takes drungs, my grandpa is dieing from cancer, I have no job, and I dont like the way I look, do you have any advice, that doesn't deal with pills, thanks

I feel like my mom just wants me to do all her work. I got fed up with doing mothers work and I yelled at my sis and didn't clean up the kitchen after our snack even though hardly any of it was mine. I feel my mom takes atvatage of me being her oldest dauter. She is a stay at home mom and i feel as though she does nothing all day, then when i come home from a crazy day at school she just orders me to do things i feel she could of done while i was at school. Some times i just want to lay in my room and cry. Don't get me wrong i love my mom and she provides me with every thing a mother should. am i a brat for just wishing she would forgive me and move on???? please don't just say apologise i need to do more.

My fiance is about to finish up his training so that he can become an over-the-road truck driver, and when he starts his job he'll be gone for weeks at a time. Before now he's always had jobs in which he could be home every night, so this is a big change for us. How can we cope with having so much time apart? Are there any truck drivers' wives/girlfriends on here who are in similar situations?
