My own 16yr. old daughter, confided in me that her younger step-sister who is 15 has started having sex with her boyfriend. My daughter made me promise not to tell anybody what she was going to tell me before she told me. She specifically meant my husband or anyone who would tell my husband or his ex-wife. So you smart alecs out there who are going to write I shouldn't be asking this because it breaks that confidense please don't bother. Unless you are a parent, step-parent, or a teenage girl who could add some insight from one of those perspectives I don't need a bunch of people answering just to get a couple points. Sorry to be so grumpy but some of the answers on here are ridiculous and I want some honest serious feedback to my honest serious question.

i liked this guy about 2 months ago...and the reason y is that i believe HE liked me first (not being conceited). besides, he's CUTE!..he often hangs out in this classroom i hang out in also, i told my friends about it cuz i trust them..then one day, THEY made everything obvious so i got screwed and he eventually found out...then after that, he started IGNORING me on purpose..

then.....yeah...we used to share a 'glance' w/ each other but not anymore....

then that's when i realized u should NOT like him anymore so i stopped___then today, i noticed (looking at my side..not directly)....he was LOOKING at me...like what he used to do...and i was like 'i gotta hide from him' (to myself but it was sort of audible)...not sure if he heard me though...then i left because it was one minute b4 the bell rings

WHAT am i supposed to do?....all of a sudden, after ignoring me, w/o noticing that i DONT like him anymore since, he comes right back and pretend he did not ignore me at all???????

I got into a bad car accident a few days ago. My car was totaled and I was injured. My husband and I are going through a divorce, and we currently do not live together. He feels we should split the insurance settlement, since it's "marital property." The car was paid off, and he owes nothing on the car he drives. If we do split the settlement, my half wouldn't buy a decent car outright, nor would it be a substantial down payment. Wouldn't it make more sense to let me have the entire settlement so I can be in a better position to buy a decent car for me and my kids to be in? Keep in mind, my husband earns almost 3 times my salary. I feel he's just trying to make a buck off my misfortune. Marital property meant nothing to him until now.

I come from a culture where you are not allowed to date anyone from other races other than your own. Well I been with my Bf for a very long time now, he is the BEST thing thats ever happend to me in my whole life, recently my mum found out about him and so did my other relatives. Now the word is going around that Im a Sl*t and all sorts because appearntly I am with this boy. My mum said to me that NO MAN EVER sticks around, and what makes me think that he will stick around, and do I really think he will marry me. Well now my head is very confused, i LOVE my Bf with all my heart and he feels 100% the same we been through a lot of hard times together and HE'S THE LAST PERSON IN THIS WORLD I WOULD WANT TO LOSE.

my girlfriend, right? weve been together for almost 4 months now and we both agreed it was love at 1st sight (and i mean LOVE ok!? dont tell me im too young to know what love is cuz im sick of ppl tellin me that bullshit, ok!?!?) but about my girl, she thinks we should split and from what she told me i think she thinks shes holdin me down or somethin like that cuz i ran away fom home when my parents started givin me **** about her cuz shes asian i ended up doin it twice and eventually my parents stopped talkin bout it but when i told my girl what they were sayin it broke her heart (do you know how hard it was to tell her my parents hated her cuz she ASIAN!?!?!?!?) but shes sayin that im gettin sent away cuz of her and im tryin 2 tell her it was MY CHOICE to run off! FIRST, I'm a guy. My avatar is a girl because I'm the one who has to see it every day. Okay, so I met this woman who is younger than me. She chased me, I took it slow to make sure that we're compatible, she hooked up with someone else, I aggressively wrote her off, she gave me the silent treatment for 3 months, then chased me again for 3 months, finally said that she loved me and that she knows that I love her. I thought about it. She's right. I told her. She told me "I (she) have issues," (implying that she's working on them) and now we're back to the silent treatment, with the occasional longing glance. But no direct communication. I've tried to ask what's going on, but she won't respond, instead reporting my questions to her best friend. I've met someone else who's, also giving me mixed messages... but at least not the silent treatment, which REALLY bothers me. Should I keep waiting for #1 to come around?
