he flrits with me whenever i see him when we hang out after school or on the weekend. He tells his friends that he doesn't like me but then why does he flirt with me when he likes some girl at our school?!?!?!??? HELP!

It means that he's getting what he wants from you without having to be in a relationship.

I'm not saying that you guys are doing anything more then making out, but it's like the old saying: "Why buy the cow if you can get the milk for free?"

My suggestion is that you drop him pronto. You deserve way better than him.
