my friend is getting married in 3 weeks and for the hen night she needs ideas of what to attach to her veil (such as an L plate etc). help! she's asked me for ideas and i've not a clue!!

Is it wrong to ask someone who is dating potential if they ever cheated on an ex-girlfriend? I think that would be important knowledge in deciding whether I would want to date them? Is it true that once a cheater always a cheater?

I am 35. Was married to a man 1 year older than me. We got divorced. Then when I was 25 I met someone aged 19. We have been together for 9 years but we are now going our separate ways. I like someone aged 31, but am unsure whether to go out with him because he is younger. I said I would date someone older, at least 36. Problem is he is so nice and I have developed feelings for him, he understands the way I think and that has been a rarity to me. have known him for about 3 years. He holds down a very professional job that he has trained for, for years. So he is obviously stable and committed. Should I go out with him or stick with what I said about dating someone older?

A guy friend whom I like (but hasn't been in contact for 10 years), shaved off his long hair just before our second meeting. It so happens that our first meeting since the 10 years, my parents made some discreet hints about his long hair, and inside of me, I thought I needed time to get used to it, but I still recognised his nice personality. It also happens to be, that it's around the time of the World's Greatest Shave, to help the leukemia foundation. Apparently he has had his long hair for 2 years, and his mum has repeatedly lightly complained about the long hairs on the bathroom floors. Also, he didn't ask me to sponsor him nor did he ask his relatives nor his brother's female friend, who also went over the same time he invited me over. I volunteered to sponsor him though.

What do you think is the main reason he shaved his head?

okay so i met this man(on-line) it got off to a slow start, because i wasn't sure if i wanted to meet him. Then we started talking and decided to meet. We hit it off, instant conection, 6 hour dinner date, we both were excited that we connected. We met again a few days later. It was so exciting and a little scarey at the same time. Okay so we decided to get together Friday night and everything was great, and then he said to me you are the "one" I am falling in love with you....freaked me right out 7 days in. The next day we spent all day together and made dinner together it was almost perfect, and he said he wanted a future with me, I felt I wanted to believe this was not just a game. In the pit of my stomach i had a feeling. So at 1:00am I left with little explanation, I "ran" not cause i didn't like him, just so much.The next day he accused me of "moving on"that must be the reason I left, I told him that i wanted to explain, he went back on dating site and haven't heard from him????

idk how many of you reding this have red my past ?'s but for those of you who havnt, im in love with my ex. we never chose to break up we were forced to and ik there was soo much love between us. she dosnt deny that she did love me but she said she dosnt anymore and that she loves her new bf now. i think she thinks its tru but at the same time i got a feeling that its not. the prob is that we used to spend soo much time together and be so close. now we cant be together or ever see eachother and now shes too busey with him to speak to me. we've grown apart and i hate myself for it but i still love her. she spends everyday with him and talks to him every night. do you think this whole thing with her and her bf is just highschool and that its not real love? do you think it was with me? or do you think it was with both of us?

My sister in law thought that there was hidden money stashed away in her mother's account. An additional inheiritance to be split between her 3 "own" children that didn't have to be split with the 5 step kids. It wouldn't have been much. Mom did not have much.

She wanted my husband and her other brother to help her fight the executrix of the estate, to get their private windfall.
Unfortunately, her brothers had not heard of a private fund, and they refused to fight for it. They just told the executrix to pay all the bills outstanding, and then give them their equal share, divided 8 ways.

This was as 12 years ago. Even now, if we send this sister in law a birthday card, she sends it back. If we phone, she hangs up on us. She didn't even go to the brother's funeral a few years later.

Is there any way we can reach her? My husband would like to heal the rift.

I got a divorce in 2001. We had property together, he agreed to refinance , i let him have it. Months later he told me he sold it i said ok. Fast Forward..It's March 2007, I am ready to get a new house..they pull my credit report...the first house wasnt sold it was forclosed.. I have no way to contact the ex. Apparently he lied. I looked at my final divorce decree, says he is responsible for the house I am divested of all rights to it, title, interest and clain in to that property, if i give this to the credit ppl can it come off my credit? What should I do? It feels like he screwed my future.

Ok so here is my situation, My bf will make me do stuff I don’t want to do – literally like he will force me (like holding me down and stuff) and I’m really tired of it, I hate the way he doesn’t listen to me, I could say no or stop or I don’t want to until I’m blue in the face (but if I say ouch he’ll stop) and he wont listen. His excuse is “because I’m the guy” and I’m fed up with it. I was about to tell him that I don’t want to see him anymore but I found out that I’m pregnant (b/c he yet again made me do something I didn’t want to do). Now he wants me to marry him and move in with him but the thing that I’m worried about is he said the other night “when we move into my house I’m going to get whatever I want” and I know what that means…

My problem is I don’t want my child growing up w/o a father, I never had one and I don’t that to be my child but I don’t think things will get any better (probably worse) if I do marry him/move in. I want the best for my child, also I think he would probably get mad if I didn’t want to marry him. So what should I do? What would you do in my situation?
