i have arranged to go out tonight with a mate i havent seen in ages but im still sick from a heavy one last night. i dont wanna go out but i cant let my mate down. how can i plug away?

My husband works as a security officer and he spends nights at work with this female. They are along most of the time.He says he can't stand her and that she's a *****. She's accused other men of sexually harrasing her and everyone's scared of her.I told him if she ever accused him i'd believe her, am i wrong for that. every time i try to talk about her he says he doesn't want to argue because she's not worth it.Should i believe him?

I wounder if girls are trustable in friendship or not. You make friend with them and as soon as they start a relationship their friendship fades and and specially if their partner has a possessive manner.

my family (19 kids, me and my pregnant [with twins] wife) lives in a 8 bedroom (plus attic turned bedroom, so like a 9 bedroom) farmhouse. lately my wife and i have been thinking about adding on a barn. we own a dog, and we think chickens, a few more animals (my daughters would want a horse). would be a nice addition to the family. we haven't mentioned it to the kids yet because the moment we do we won't here the end of it until we build one. so we're trying to decide first. do you think it's a good idea?

How do I stop thinking about an unresolved, unrequited love 35 years after the fact?
I think about them at least once a day (thats a good day. A bad day I pine for the, all day long, makes me miserable).
I have a new relationship, for 20 years and we are crazy about each other. Still I miss what I had in my teens.
This is getting old.

I have a boyfriend online. I did not meet him yet ,but my feelings are very close to him. He often told me i love you,send me sweet cards,sms and even wanted me to see him on summer time.We are not in the same country.He was upfront telling me how much his salary and that his parents will move soon in countryside and that his alone in a big house and that he dont want to be lonesome. I have feelings for him and becauseof my curiousity if his true or not, i opened other chat ID and chatted with him,but he said i love you to others like what he told me.he send same music like what he send to me. I just had my first boyfriend. We were dating for about a month when he just abruptly ended it. His reasons were lame and they were nothing that could not have been fixed. This is my first break up and I'm having a lot of trouble dealing with it. Can anybody give me some insight as to how to get over this, move on and be happy again? Or why you think he ended it so unexpectedly?

my husband joined the army (after being my dependent while I was active army) knowing what he would face since joining after the iraq fiasco started. What do those of you who oppose this war + keep their opinions to themselves on post do to ease the separation time especially if the FRG (family readiness group) is really not the place for someone like me (in terms of not being able to find solace in a group of spouses whose hubbies are career soldiers + can't honestly relate their opinions and feelings since everything there is meant to keep the army + its activities in a positive light as an end goal. because how many "successful" enlisted personell and officers have spouses on base involved in FRG that decry the war. Also, his benefits are NOT something he was going for or that I need 2 use since I have my own insurance and means to support our family. There wasn't a single financial/benefit based reason for him to join. He just wanted to "volunteer" and I feel its abandonment

I was just reading a webpage about Low Self-Esteem and it said not to let people pressurise you into doing things you don't want to do, you'd think that was an obvious one.
I do have low self-esteem and a need to please people/look after them. My friend has had depression/suicidal thoughts and always manages to talk me into things i dont want to do by saying 'please i feel really emotional' of course i say ok. How do I put my foot down?

We've been dating almost three months and I was wondering do you think a relationship in high school can last forever? My boyfriend and I talk about never breaking up and staying together for a long time is that possible? I really love him and he feels the same way about me. My husband and I just got back together after being separated for 1 1/2 years, (due to Katrina). I gave birth to his 1st child and my 3rd child 16 months ago. I have gained weight with this pregnancy unlike losing weight with the other two children. And I'm on a birth control that makes me gain even more weight. This has been a struggle for me for 10 years, I even became bulimic. And I was told last night by my husband that he isnt intimate with me b/c I'm to big. Hes not a horrible person, he does tell me that he loves me, and that he is very willing to go to marriage counseling. But I am more uncomfortable and embarrassed around him now that I know his true feelings. He even said that he would help me lose the weight. But I'm afraid that if I cant lose the weight that he will leave eventually. Am I wrong for feeling that he doesnt love me for whats inside? And what can I do in the meantime to feel comfortable around him again? I do love him and want our marriage to work.
