why do we have a need to love and more then that..the need to be Loved.?

Saying,"I love you not for who you are but for who I am when with you."
We need to be loved because when you know someone loves you for who you are you feel blessed,complete and there is a smile on your face automatically when you think of the person who loves you.

Because we grow up realizing we need to be protected early in life. Early on, we start to feel independent and those people who protected us still stay around and care for us. We get to try independence with a cushion behind us - parents. Then we really are independent and at this later stage, when we're dating, we still like that feeling of moving around independently but with a cushion. The cushion is the person who loves us no matter what we do, what silly mistake we make. That's parent-like too. We like to receive all this - I'm not sure why we like to give it.

I am not being negative… but actually all human beings are like that. And theres nothing wrong in that. When we pray to God we pray for our well being only. Are’nt we being selfish there.
