You might want to tell him major stuff... got arrested, went to jail, robbed a bank, have aids, used to be a man, etc. But you don't owe him every little detail. You don't need to tell him who or how many former lovers you've had. You don't need to confess every sin... we all have a past, and it's up to us to learn from it. It's not anyone's business, unless we feel we need to tell them for a specific reason. Don't get caught up in that "We're totally in love and share EVERYTHING" crap. You don't need to... and it serves no purpose.
