How do I stop thinking about an unresolved, unrequited love 35 years after the fact?
I think about them at least once a day (thats a good day. A bad day I pine for the, all day long, makes me miserable).
I have a new relationship, for 20 years and we are crazy about each other. Still I miss what I had in my teens.
This is getting old.
Ideas please?

Some people just think about the one that got away. Enjoy your new and happy relationship as much as possible. You should try and look her up on the site..Classroom finders or something, it'll tell you where she is now and everything. I get her phone number, then give her a call.

See if you can meet up, then go and resolve it in person. It'll put your mind at easy and take her out of your thoughts

That seems to be normal. Missing a relationship from in the past is a part of your life, but you still should understand that it was years ago and move on already. I'm sure you are a better lover now than you were than.
