I recently recently got out of a 2 yr relationship. I have doen my grieving and am ready to get back out there. Any suggestions? The online thing does not appeal to me. I am in front of a computer all day long and don't want to be in front of one at night trolling for a love connection.

I've liked this girl (a LOT of details will be skewed for length) who was really shy, sweet and beautiful when I met her. After a while of us talking, she wasn't so shy anymore. She had told me at first she liked me, then later said she didn't like me. When I asked why not, she said she didn't know why. I made a mistake, I told a friend about how she told me (much later after the last statement) about her loving someone else (an entirely different guy) and not me to a friend and she found out and never talked to me again because I told him that. I didn't know I shouldn't have said that or I never would have. The boy that she talks to, the one she said she was falling in love with, (they never actually dated) doesn't treat her right. I noticed they'll walk into a room with only one seat left and he'll just take it, leaving her standing there. When he was trying to get her from me, he threw things at me and talked about wanting to fight me over her (I'd never fight over a girl)

My granddaughter has just called my daughters new fiance Daddy. Do you think its harmful for her? she is only 4 I didnt think it was a good idea. I said she should be told that is not her father she has a father...but am I wrong?

About a few months ago I was with my ex and we had been together for about 4 years and I just feel out of love with him and didnt want to string him along anymore than I may have. But the problem is that I realize now that he is the one for me, and it hurts. I still have feelings for him now. He treats me the way a woman would love to be treated and I threw it away. I just dont know how to talk to him. I dont know how to say anything to him. We talk occasionally- and he did suggest something about having an open relationship before getting serious agin but never mentioned it again. I tried to ask if I can come over to see him and he reply saying he is to busy and maybe another time. I just feel so bad. All this time I was looking for something not realizing it was right infront of me. I want to tell him how I feel but I am afraid to do so. He doesn't want to talk to me on the phone( we text) or see me because he said it will hurt. But everyday that goes by I am thinking about him

My wife's friend confided with me that my wife complained to her about wanting to not have to have a man in her life. My wife makes me feel this way almost every day with words or actions. I had asked her about this and she doesn't try to relieve my anxiety. I told her that she should have told me that before she said "I do". Some examples: (1) She will complain to me that I work too much overtime, but doesn't seem interested in spending time togther when I'm off. (2)She can sit home for days as she has a very flexable part time work schedule, but when there is an opportunity for us to be together is when she will have errands to run. (3)She likes to stay up late watching tv, then falls asleep on the sofa, never coming to bed. (4) fowards me emails that she gets from guys she met on match.com (we were seperated for almost two years), then tells me its no big deal.

He is aware that I found out about it...he's planning a weekend with his fling the end of the month and his wife is totally clueless to it...I'm friends with her (perhaps not as close to her as I am to him) and now I feel awkward in her presence. In Australia the good old handshake is going strong, and I do it to men, and women if they offer their hand as well. My question though, is it ok to offer your hand/shake hands with a girl when you're introducing yourself, or should I stick with "Hello, I'm Josh, nice to meet you", without the handshake?

i will keep this short:

in high school there was this guy who i always caught starting at me. in college one night i saw him again and he was staring at me. i guess i looked and then looked away.

okay so on facebook.com, his profile popped up - it took all my nerve to msg him only to find out that he didn't remember seeing me at the college that night. i'm not sure if he remembers me at all like in high school.

i feel like i've read him all wrong this whole time like he liked me or something but now i just feel like one of the girls he just smiles or stares at just cause i'm pretty or something...=(

should i keep talking to him? we've never really talked AT ALL before face to face.
