What comes first in a wedding, the ring bearer or the flower girl?

Because my older sis is writing a story with a wedding so...she wants to know!

The exact order would be Ring Bearer (unless you prefer to have the young children together then he comes later and bridesmaids start the procession)
Bridesmaid(s) either escorted or not, and generally from youngest to oldest or alternately from shortest to tallest...
The Maid of Honor
The Ring Bearer (if he didnt start the procession)

Then the Flower Girl (the way to remember this is that the only one who was supposed to walk upon the flower petals was the bride (and father if escorted)).

Then Bride (and father if escorted)

the ring bearer goes out first, just like the groom. then the flowergirl comes out RIGHT infront of the bride. Unless the floweregirl and ring bearer come out at the same time, thats the way it formally goes. it is adorable when they come out together though!!

besides that the flower girl in front of the bride is most common so the ring bearer would be in front of both of them.
