I can tell you that being adopted isn't always the best thing. I was adopted very young and still ended up in foster care. Why not see if it is possible to be fostered by your friends parents? I'm sure that if they passed a police check(which is pretty much procedure) they would be able to get guardianship of you which is practically the same as fostering.

First of all, I'm so sorry you have to go through that. If your parents want to give you up than can't you personally ask them to let you live with your friends parents??
If not then I think you can go to a lawyer for a free consultation. Lawyers provide consultations to your situation for no charge and they might be able to give you advice. You might also be able to find a lawyer who does pro bono and will handle your case for free.
It must be very difficult to go through this as a child. I am extremely sorry and wish you the best of luck.

Ask yourself these questions
do you get along with everyone in the family?
if not,l Why not?
make sure you are capable of taking all the responsiblities if a new family on. Then, look into legal documents, and parental permission

Have you asked them why, or do you already know? Go and see an adoption agency.

How very sad for you. I'm sorry you are going through this. Your friends parents should be able to handle it. Just be sure the social worker and judge that ultimately will be assigned to you know your wishes and why.
