My parents have been awful ever since they found out i'm pregnant. I've never had the best relationship with them but they're going out of their way to be nasty now. They show no support and constantly tell my fiance and I that we'll fail at being parents, when they have nothing to support this claim! It's a shame bacause as much as my fiance tells me to forget seeking their approval, I can't help jumping to their defence as they are my parents and I feel loyal. It's kinda sad :( x

I have always though playing hard to get ment you will always get good guys but i have got no one. I have turned down about 3 people this year but one of them was suposaly a joke but now like 4 months later i decided i really do like that guy and he might like me back. she's a girl 3 years older than me. I'm her private teacher tearching her computer programming.
I've got feelings for her. I donnow what to do. everything goes very formal with her. class starts at the specified time and ends at the correct time.
She talks to me so formal and polite. she's a geek. she might have been away from boys. she wears no make up at all.

Do you thinks it's wierd?
How can I ask her out?

PS: i'm not a teacher. I'm an undergrad student just hired to teach her C++.

My husband is 20 years younger than I am. He was 23 when we met, legal in all 50 states.

We're happy together (25 & 45 this year)

We get a lot of strange looks, and I get more than a few very nasty comments, why?

When the shoe is on the other foot, everyone thinks it's fine.

I think he is a wonderful man, and he makes me more than happy, he completes me.

He says I am the coolest person he has ever known.

We enjoy each other, enormously.

So why must I constantly defend myself?

I know it's probably a really broad generalization, but I have dated some incredibly gorgeous men, like model-good-looks, but every one of them has ended up being a cheater, a liar, or just plain ignorant. Why is this? Is it because they've never had to develop a personality beyond their good looks? And if all the hot ones are jerks, how do I get over being so shallow and allow myself to be attracted to "normal" nice guys? (I know I sound really into surface crap, but I can't deny it's true)

Last year I met a boy who became my best friend through out the course of the year. We were so tight his gf hated me, and everyone else swore we had a thing going on, but it was completely innocent. This yr at the start of the school yr, we started off very detached. We were not as close as last yr, and he began talking and becoming friends with other people, (even sum girls) Now, me and his brother have become pretty close, andi barely talk 2 him. But me and his brother like each other in a romantic way, so our relationship is a lil different. NOw, my old BF has been very resentful 2 me. I feel like a sleeze, or a she-devil, but i'm ready 2 give up a VERY promising relationship 4 my old best friend 2 come back. What should I do? Or is it 2 late?
