You could make a mix cd of some of his favorite songs, thats really low budget, and maybe make him a card and some cookies. Guys love homemade desserts =). You could also buy a plain t-shirt at a crafts store and make a shirt for him.

You could get him a gas card from a gas station near his home. Young people always need gas money! They usually have them starting a $10 and go up from there. It's not kickboxing or music, but he will need gas to get to his concerts, right?
