Shoulder, inside of thigh....both excellent places. Also let me say this, I appreciate your effort to give a hickey, but also be discrete. There is nothing more disgusting than walking in to wal-mart and seeing some tart with hickeys all over her neck. Hickeys are completely enjoyable and erotic, but not for public display.
