I am a successful 25 year old graphic designer who is dating a girl who is 26. Due to a combination of being laid off and relatively recently finishing college she doesn't have enough money to live on her own, so she lives with her Dad. Her Dad has rules in place for her as if she was a teenager. She's a good little Christian girl. She's being treated as if she were 16 years old. She knows it's not right, but doesn't want to disrespect him. That's what I'm having trouble with. I don't want to disrespect him either. Even though I don't agree with his rules, I respect her, which means respecting his rules. I don't know what to do. Where do I draw the line? She means a lot to me and I will wait if in the long run, everything will work out, but how long is that? How long should I be patient?

My daughter in law said she was sick. I took her to the hospital and when we came hoke she said she wanted to go see friends. I can't afford to take her where she wants to go all the time. What can I tell her? She wants to run. She just married my son. I haven't got that kind of money to run her every where.

i have always been the rebel child in my family. I was the only child and allowed to do whatevr i wanted for almost 13 years, then my dad remarried and now i have two step sisters. i have done many things in the past but resently its been bad!

Christmas i got arrested for an underage - bad
then got put into drug court- where i have court twice a week to take care of my weed smoking habits.
a week ago i got caught with cocain in my system.

i'm ashamed my father that i was so close with at one point in time is so upset what should i do?

There was this guy I really like, lets call him Tyson, and my boyfriend I just got, lets call him Tyler. Well, Me and Tyson had went out before and I really liked him but I dont know if he liked me back and last night, I asked Tyler out over the internet and I really like him. I've been friends with a guy for going on three years. We met over the internet and he recently moved to my area. For the first month we were together non stop. He had previously told me that he met someone else who lived here. He started spending time with her and has stopped spending time with me. I knew we weren't going to have a romantic relationship but now he has ended our friendship and I can't stop thinking about him. He was one of my closest friends. We talked almost every night, I told him things that I couldn't tell my other friends. I miss him so much. I don't know what to do. I'm heart broken on so many different levels. How do I strongly encourage my husband to get a job? I have threatened to leave ( he starts looking then quits after 2 days). No nookie......(he went a long time without any). I've been with my bf a little bit over a year now. He used to have a really high sexual drive but lately it's been getting worse and worse. He doesn't seem to be depressed or have any physical problems that I can see, and he doesn't seem to be stressed either. (He is 22, goes to school in the morning, and works on wkends, I work everyday) When I confront him about this, he either says he's "tired of it" or he already "knows he will be with me for a long time so there isn't a need or rush to do it so much", yet I've seen that he goes to a lot of porn sites on his computer and he's even searched for a local f* buddy. Honestly I'm not sure what to think, can someone please tell me what might be going on? Do you think he's thinking about cheating on me or maybe already has?

Most these relationships seem to not have any future purpose....I'm in a serious relationship now, with my current boyfriend. I'm almost gave up dating at finding out most people enter these relationships for just sexual intercourse.

Just wondering! I hang out with a bunch of guys and I hear them talk of sex stories, old & new. I hear things like she was lame! Or that was a good piece of @$$! I have been at school with this guy since kindergarten(11yrs) and he has just changed schools. We were really good friends the whole time and we got on really well. My best friend, this guy and me always used to hang out and play music. Life was great until I worked out that I had feelings for him. I told him I liked him and he kinda avoided me for a day. I rung him up and apologised (he always hated confrontations of any kind) so we have just been 'friends' ever since. Now he's gone we keep in contact (I call him every few weeks). I still really really like him and have been out with a different guy (huge mistake) So I dunno what to do. Should I just leave it?
