**How do I tell me friends I have a bf without it seeming like I'm bragging?
**How can I tell my friend Lizzy that I have a bf with the same name as her ex boyfriend that just broke up with her without her thinking its her ex boyfriend?

Uh..ok. Just tell them you have a boyfriend. Keep it simple. There's no need to tell them if they don't ask. I'm sure they'll see you with him at some point. As far as your friend, just tell her that your new bf has the same name as her ex and he's not the same guy. That's easy enough, right? Unless your friend is totally stupid, I think she'll realize people do have the same names sometimes and aren't even related.

Eventually they will see you with him.You dont have to tell your friends everything their some things you might want to keep quite now if you want them to know why would you feel your bragging. who cares what they think if their good friends why would they take it like that? so your boyfriend happens to have the same name as your friends ex I'm sure he's not the only one with that name. If your friends make silly little commons you know they might be a bit jealous but don't let that bother you. If I were you I wont tell them anything let them find out on their own and if they ask why didn't you tell them well really you dont need to explain but nicely "say things are just getting serious so I didn't make a big deal out of it" and leave it at that .k.

**why would they think your bragging if you tell them you have a boyfriend. thats just stupid. just tell them. and if they do think your bragging sounds like you got some jelous friends!

** Tell her his full name. and say something like before you freak out its not your ex his name is... and he is age; and so on.

Not to be mean but what does it matter if you are bragging or not. Just tell them hey I have to hang out with so and so we are now dating, but I'll catch up with you girls later! Tell Lizzy "you are going to freak out and I swear it's definetly not your ex but they have the same name and I am totally sorry for bringing his name up

Just tell them, if they are true friends they won't think you are bragging they will be happy for you. Also, just tell her what his name is and say oh btw Lizzy, it's not your "whatever his name is".

First Question: It won't be bragging. Just say to your friends "OMG, guess what" "__________ is my BOYFRIEND" They will be sooooo happy for you
Second Question: Ur friend shouldn't be mad jus cause they have the same name. It's not like they are the same person.

just like my freand he is like o i got a gf hahaha so i just stoped beaing his freand so if i was you get him to come up tp you when you are with your freands and make shere that he knows that they dont know an they will probly say who the heck are you to him and one of you should say he/she is my bf/gf and they should be fine with it but you never know for shere
