well I start kissing her showing her some love etc...and eventually end up in bed. Is it sin to daydream like this about a girl I am not in a relationship with?

You are allowing your mind to go there and it is affecting your mental health. It will affect you , her and the person you are supposed to be true to or in a relationship with if your thoughts turn into action. Right now it is between you and God.
Think about it this way: if you ever lose your impulse control, you will be locked in an institution. As a man thinketh, so is he. To cool yourself off, try to think of what that girl would think of you-perhaps she would be insulted and not even attracted to you.
Think of someone thinking the same thing about your girl friend or better yet, your girl friend thinking the same thing about a guy that makes you look like Pee-Wee Herman.
Sometimes it is just a matter of thinking things through. Think of the girl getting pregnant and taking you to the cleaners for child support and then 18 years later you find out that the baby is not yours, but there is nothing you can do about it.

The bible says you are supposed to have pure thoughts, the bible also says you aren't supposed to lay down with someone before marriage. When I start to daydream or fantasize if you will, I sometimes catch myself and stop. Get my head to some pure thoughts, thoughts toward God.
I also have to say, that God didn't make us perfect and he knows your heart. I don't want to justify your daydreams, but I also don't want to tell you try to be perfect, since it's not possible and all.

listen.. its not a sin.. u r undergoin a natural phenomenon that usually ppl in this age undergo.. it is absolutely normal for u to feel for the person of ur opposite sex.. but try not to exeed ur limits... and be in control as far as possible..!

yea but you only have one chance at life i would sin all you want just dont take it to far cause ounce your dead your dead you have nothing so who cares about sins i sin ever day 9i swear i flip off teachers anything i even bang the cheerleaders so who cares
