If youhave known a guy/girl for 2 years and their special day is coming up. would it be appropriate to buy them an expensive gift, although the two of you are not in a relationship, but just friends. Do you think the other person would see you purchasing this gift as a way of saying we need to be together? your thoughts/suggestions/comments are appreciated.

hey guys me again, first of thanks to all those who replied to my previous message.well i've been with my girlfriend for 4 months, and i like to consider myself a respectful, romantic, and sincere type of guy, and kind too.(not to sound all soft or anything) but its just the way i was raised. anyway i try to do all the things possible to make my baby feel special...i always hug her whenever i'm with her, i'm always kissing her on the cheek or in the lips, and constantly looking at her as if i can't keep my eyes off of her, even after 4 months. like a gentleman i always get the door for her, (sometimes she beats me to the punch though) grrr, um every now and than, in are serious moments, i look deep into her eyes to the point where she knows exactly how i feel, i sometimes caress her face and fondle with her hair, i always tell her she's beautiful or pretty every day, i write poetry and given her flowers randomly. am i milking it? or am i doing ok? or can u offer me any other pointers

Whenever I see a really good movie, I act out the scenes in the movie by myself, so it's talking to myself.

Do you think I'm crazy for doing this? Do you think I should stop because people might think I'm crazy? Should I back off from watching movies?? because I'm going to start talking to myself if it's good.

My question today is, it's kind of difficult, see my baby dad only calls on our kids b-day. And on the other holidays in the year, but that is the only time he calls. If he changes his number, he doesn't even call me to give it to me. I have not put child support on him for the simple fact that he doesn't keep a job, and if he does, he gets paid under the table. Our daughter loves him to death, but our son really doesn't pay to much mind to him. I ask for your advice today. Should i take full parental rights away from him, or should i just leave it alone, this has gone on for about 4 years now. I think about it because of my daughter and she is the reason that i haven't done nothing.... please help...

So I really like this guy. And he likes me too. But he has "best friend" who is a girl. And they always hangout. She has a boyfriend but they never hangout. And yeah I mean it's cool that he has a best friend. But are they more then friends and hiding it? I don't know what to do. He keeps telling me that they are just friends but....I don't know. my boyfriend of a year dumped me at the end of january, the first few days i was really upset but after that i felt happier again and was completely fine about things.

however, the past two weeks or so though i've been feeling really upset everyday about this guy breaking up with me and i miss him loads and still do love him. i feel so incredibly lonely and i loved this guy more than i've ever loved anyone.

we haven't spoken since a week after the breakup and i know it is for the best as he didn't appreciate me and love me for me, and was always trying to change me e.g. 'you'd be the perfect girlfriend if only ...' etc but the way i felt about him was so genuine and i really don't understand what i did wrong for him to breakup with me.

does anyone have any tips on how to not be so sad?

I met a guy last weekend who I got on quite well with, (we didnt kiss or anything, just got on well), but since then he's been texting and phoning 24/7... I have always wanted to make my parents proud of me, especially my dad. I dont get to see my dad that often so every moment i spend with him is precious and important to me. I was recently talking to him about what i wanted to do when i get older. I told him that i really wanted to work with dolphins, orcas, and other sea animals. Science is not my best subject, but its not my worst either. When i told him that, he looked at me and said you better rethink that. I asked why and he said because your not good at science and this is life and reality. He basically told me i couldnt do this. Then he tried to cover it up by saying not to crush your dream or anything. I realize that not everyone's dreams come true, but everyone has a shot to make them come true. I want this but now im let down by the one person i want to be proud of me. Should i do it and prove him wrong or should I give up??? Im really hurt by this.
