Go for a walk. When my bf and I are low on cash we drive to the marina, walk around, and watch the sunset. Not only is it romantic, but it's free!
You could also watch a movie (at home), bake a cheap pizza, and drink cheap wine. Those are my favorite dates.

i thought of a game with dice(just 1)
rules: take turns rolling who ever rolls the highest number rolls first
if you roll a 1 you have to give your partner oral
if you role a 2 you have to suck your partners toes
if you role a 3 you gotta have sex (girl on top)
if you role a 4 (same as 3 but normal
if you role a 5 you gotta 69
if you role a 6 you gotta involve another person in your sexual act (boy or girl)

the way u phrased that.............. i think u will get a lot of answers saying that u should mmm hmmm with him. i think u 2 should play cards or go for a walk or make himgo home! (just kidding:) or ride bikes or bake! or go on the computer or prnk call some people or get a slingshot cow and make it fly out of your window or play frisbee or flashlight tag or something.
