I'm pretty, hardworking and I love to have a good time. I just don't understand why guys always back off when they find out I have a kid. I don't want them to be daddy, or even meet my son. I always tell men I have a son right off the bat. They usually call me and then end up standing me up. Why?

There's this guy who really, really likes me and he goes out of his way a lot for me and I can tell that he has some insecurities (see my other questions for more information if you really want to help). He's always bringing up this other guy that he thinks likes me and talks about how he thinks we're such a perfect couple and goes on and on even though I've said I don't like that guy. He brings him up all the time.

I feel like he needs reassurance that I like him because even though I've told him, it seems like he's trying to feel me out to see if I really do. I haven't kissed him yet (b/c we're not b/f and g/f and if I can't date him, I don't want to lead him on) but I really want to. Even though I tell him I like him, it just doesn't seem enough. He always brings up the other guy and stuff. Plus, he's always telling other people that we're 'g/f and b/f' even though I've told him we're not (and I explained using the reasons aforementioned). What to do?

Ok, so here's the details. I am in junior high in grade 7 and I have this huge crush on this girl but she seems to not be paying attention to me, I just wanna be friends with her, not too personal, just like uh friends. Today we had to choose books and she realy wanted this book and I ran to get that book, so I told her hey i am that book but she didn't pay attenion but when somebody else ( a friend of hers) told her that I had the book. SO she practically comes begging to me to give her the book and take her book that she had from the same series. So i OBVIOUSLY say fine and she's like THX so much! then she sorta hugs me!! Now what du i do, to become friends!!! Oh ya and one thing she is most of the time with her friends so it's kind of hard and EMBARASSING to talk in forn of them! What I mean is I don't want people to think that I like her, people will make fun of me! That's why I want to be only friends!

In my class (6th grade), there's this really cute cross age tutor. I've actually mustered up enough courage to go up and talk to him. He was trying to get my teacher to write him out of 5th period, so, we just started this convo. He has the most amazing eyes, and the cutest nose. He's two years older than me, but toally nice. There are these girls at my school that sit by my sister. All of them r nice except one, and she puts her lunchbag down next to her (to like hint at me that she doesn't want me to sit with her) so I wont sit with her so I go over to the losers table and sit there with these two girls one of who's never smiled a day in her life the other who is going to be put on a depression medication. I think the girl who doesn't like me, doesn't like me 'cause I flirted with her ex, but he is my crush and he flirted with me first. So I hate being embarrassed in front of my crush sitting at what I call the losers table. i have to say I am way prettier than her. Could it be that she is jealous that I flirted with her ex and am way prettier than her????

Where do I begin? I was married at the age of 19 to a man for eight years and had to kids with him. I divorced him and got remarried a year later and had a baby almost immediatley after marrying my second husband. My two kids from a previous marriage were 4 and 2 so they really didn't have a problem with the divorce between their father and I. My second husband and I have had a really rocky road. We have been separated twice and are now recently divorced. The hardest part is that we are still very much in love with each other, but the two kids from a different marriage hate him. They are 13 and 11 now. The oldest one especially because he felt that he didn't need to listen to or mind my husband because he "isn't his real dad". Anyhow I love this man and he loves me and the biggest reason for our split was because of MY children. I cannot let him go and it kills me every day. My kids are basically making me choose between them or him. It isn't fair.

My brother n law asked me to his prom I've been out of high school for almost 4 years now. But can't wait to go. Seems fun and I'm so happy he asked me to go. my friendshas a restraining order against him by his wife, one day he picked up his kid at the coffee shop. they my friend and his wife both left. my friendreturned to the coffee shop moments later with his kid to order something, she returns to the shop and gets in line directly behind him at the coffee shop to order something. my friend has not been talking to her out of fear of violating the order. why is she doing this if there is a restraining order against my friend?

My sister wants a dessert only reception (for financial reasons), in the evening, but without dancing (the families her and her man are inviting aren't the "dancing type". Ok I know this sounds like the most stupid question ever, but here goes. I gave a guy my number and he's all I can think about, he won't actually get the number till tomorrow(Friday), a lot of people are concerned/mad for/at me because he is 20 I am 16. my mom is fine with it as long as we aren't doing "it"(and yes I am a firm believer in abstinence). Ok,
Iam a shy & quiet girl but i do like conversations but the problem is i dont make eye contact that much. i cant stare at there eyes & happen to move around, do something, or look down(I do listen to their conversations).
